One of the worst experience in my life in dealing with a business. I went there for an eye exam and glasses. I made the mistake of changing my mine about the frame the next day and canceled the order. They billed my credit card anyway for the frame and billed my insurance company for the lenses and frames. I have tried several time to resolve the matter over the phone and the owner continues to hang up on me. I live in Rosedale and I try to use the business in our area. Overall, I have had some great experiences - this was not a good choice. I was suggest not using Rosedale Eye Care.

I have been going to Rosedale Eyecare for years and I have had a great experience every time I go. The owner, Mr. Martin is very professional and helpful and they always have a nice selection of frames. I always get my glasses back within two weeks and it is conveniently located in my neighborhood.

These people are an abomination! I asked and called and called to get a copy of my prescription and invariably they said they didnt have any prescription forms. The opthalmologist was abusive and obnoxious and pushy. I never even picked up my glasses. Stay away from these psychopaths!

The Dr is very rude and disrespectful he hung up the phone on me when inquiring about my sons glasses which they said three weeks but its been a month now smh never again will I give them my business.
