THIS PLACE WAS WONDERFUL..THE PEOPLE were AWESOME I had an appointment at 1:40pm The Transportation Guy was really late picking ME up so I got there LATE I WAS ANGRY until the receptionist told ME that she might will be able to squeeze ME in after the Docotor came back from lunch So as promised I was seen and taken very GOOD Care of Not only by The LOVELY Friendly Ladies But ALSO THE VERY FRIENDLY KIND CONCERNED FUNNY DOCTOR who did My Exam.After when it was time to get my prescription filled I didnt mind that the LAB was down only for a little while though.There was also a nice gentlemen there that went back to the LAB once it was up to see how long my glasses would take, he was VERY FRIENDLY about it to help Me.I end up having to leave because I already had called my ride but the Nice Lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very nice to call me on the phone the sameday to let me know that my glasses were ready..I WOULD MOST DEFINATELY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND IT DIDNT MATTER WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE YOU HAD EITHER EVERYONE I SAW COME IN THIS PLACE WAS TREATED WELL..THANKS

Well I order my glasses March 30, 2017, here it is May 25, 2017 and I still have not receive my glasses. I have been calling lens crafter trying to find out when, or where is my 1,300 dollar glasses that I paid out my pocket for, This lady had the nerves to go a attitude with me, so I called to speak with someone else only to get the run around. Final I called three days ago and spoke with this young lady, she told me that my glasses is on the way, only after I ask for my money back, and for them to tell me there is no refund this is to long waiting on some glasses.

The worse place I have ever shopped for eyewear. Take your money, stamp "final sale" on receipt for their high end designer glasses then inform you they are on back order and it will take 4-6 weeks to come in then 2 more weeks for completion. BEWARE! Dont inform you while taking your measurements, etc that they will check to see if frames are in stock. Managers are funky with Ciera being the worse. Take your money where you will be appreciated and with a better selection of frames like SVS vision!!

Got a couple pair of Ray Bans from there the other day. The staff was super friendly and courteous even with them being very busy when I came in. I found a nice pair of glasses and sunglasses that were very reasonably priced and they were able to put my prescription in both pair and get me out the door in an hour! I really had an outstanding experience at the store and will continue to do business there.

The staff were perfectly nice and helpful. However, their selection is really unimpressive. Essentially, they carry the expensive, name-brand type glasses. This means all of their glasses are.... boring looking. No exciting patterns or colors, just a few different styles. If youre into wearing a brand-name status symbol on your face, go ahead and shop here, otherwise, perhaps try Americas Best.

I liked nothing about it. I stopped off in the middle of moving to replace some sun glasses. No one wanted to help me get what I wanted. They offered no suggestions beyond what was in the store - no parameters for what to look for in a frame. Unless you want what everyone else is wearing I would not advise going there.

Always crowded and have to wait. Its hit or miss whether you get someone qualified to wait on you. Im embarrassed to report Ive been coming to this location for 4 years but this is definitely the last time
