They produce low quality work. My husbands ring lost two diamonds in the same week only 3 months after we got married. When we took it in they ended up blaming him and charging us for the 2 tiny diamonds that came out, instead of guaranteeing their work. They clung to some lame technicality that we hadnt had it inspected within a year - even though we bought way before our wedding date so it was in a box!! To me, the customer service is shoddy at best. When an issue arises its your fault and there isnt much negotiating power when you need it fixed and they are the only ones who can fix it. They hold all the power at that point. I wish I hadnt gotten our rings at this jeweler. Try to find a place that will explain their procedures and policies BEFORE there is an issue. Now Im stuck trying to deal with them and they try to nickle & dime me to death to make a buck.

All these "good" reviews are CLEARLY FAKE and written by giorgio conti..They sound like commercials ..When you walk into the store they suck up to you until you buy a ring. Then you realize you were ripped off. It may sound like youre getting a good deal but just wait until your diamonds start falling out of your rings every couple weeks.. Very poor work, customer service and quality...They always find ways to blame you for their poor quality rings..When you go in for repairs, they are heartless and arent sucking up to you anymore..They find ways to charge you for repairs that were essentially their fault to begin with since they sold you such poorly made rings.. THEY ARE A SCAM! I wouldnt go back there even if they offered me a free ring, VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had the best experience here while picking out my engagement ring! I forget the name of the woman who helped us, but we didnt feel as though we were inconveniencing her by being picky. She gladly brought out boxes and boxes (and boxes and more boxes!) of rings for us to choose from and happily placed different cut diamonds in them for us! She worked with my fiance on his budget and didnt pressure us into anything...even gave us tips on how they could alter the ring to drive the price down. I ended up with a gorge ring and I am so very proud to show it off! I get so many compliments on how unique my ring is and am sending tons of business their way!

BEWARE!!!!My mother purchased a Tourmaline and diamond ring from these scam artists, the center stone was synthetic and one of the diamonds fell out. The Jeweler admitted the Tourmaline was synthetic after we provided them with a report from another jeweler and stated that it must have gotten mixed up with the other real ones with a smile on his face. He was incredibly rude to my mother, DONT RISK your money at this place!!

We purchased wedding rings from them and other accessories and they stand by their policy to repair and clean what you purchase from them (be sure you bring the receipt back with you when you return - especially for major repairs). They always have a jeweler on-site to assess and work on any projects. Be sure to discuss with them the best price for you.

I bought an engagement ring from this place and they were very rude. They did not honor their warranty policy after I spent almost $10000 on a ring. I was so disappointed that I paid out of pocket for a repair from a different retailer. I would never recommend them to any friend I know, may be someone I did not like.
