My fiance and I really enjoyed working with Frank Yanke Designs to custom create our engagement and wedding rings. I really appreciated working with someone local who is honest & trustworthy, versus a big chain. Unlike the big chains, Frank takes the time to ensure youre happy and you get exactly what you want. He mocked up wax wedding rings so that we could see how theyd look with my engagement ring, and they look perfect together! And his prices are very fair. If someone charges you less for "the same" ring, do some digging to ensure its the same type of certification (i.e. GIA vs EFL) so that youre not being tricked into a lesser quality stone just for a few bucks. Frank will give you the best stone for a very reasonable price. Well continue going to him for all jewelry in the future.

Frank Yanke of Yanke Designs has been my jeweler for over 25 years. When it was time to upgrade my wedding ring to a bigger diamond, I gave Frank an antique wedding ring of my Nanas and asked him to replicate it in a different metal and a different stone. The ring he created is beautiful and still on my finger 25 years later! In the last few years I moved to Tennessee but I drove back to Michigan when I needed a jeweler services because I trust Yanke Designs work. I just had my ring in to Yanke Designs for a "tune-up" to add metal to the prongs that had worn over time and get my ring cleaned, and obtain an updated appraisal. Im now on my way back to Tennessee knowing my sparkling ring is back to being good as new! Thanks again Frank!!! Ill be back.

I recently purchased a custom piece for my wife as a push gift and it was a fantastic experience. After I told Carol what I was interested in, she quickly honed in on a design and figured out ways to incorporate my ideas to make it unique and special. She guided me through materials, gem sizing and placement, and picking a chain that would compliment the pendant. Frank explained how the creation process would work (lost wax casting) and you can tell by talking to him that hes passionate about his work and has a true love for gems and minerals. I would highly recommend purchasing here and will most likely do so again in the future.
