1 of the worst menards store i have ever been into one of the so call managers "KELLY" was very rude n refused to help me until i asked for her supervisor, she tried to tell me she was the supervisor i told her no your are not i need to speak to your supervisor and finally after waiting a few mins the supervisor KALLEN showed up then the issue was resolved. Kelly i been in customer service for over 10 years you should reconsider your career because the way you treated me is not the way to treat customers and is not the way a manager should conduct them selfs...

I called ahead to check availability on a product (door post fascia) and was told they had 50 in stock. I only needed 24, so I drove 45 minutes with the big trailer to pick them up only to find out that they only had a few in stock. I asked if they could give me some kind of credit for driving all the way up there and wasting 3 hrs of my time, but TODD, the building materials manager, refused to do anything for me. Never going there again.

Today was good. I have had problems with employees in the contactors desk. There are two employees in that area that are rude. I asked one employee a question but he didnt have time but he did have time for another employee .I did talk to department manager. The other (Jack ) was rude and I told him not to make his bad my bad day because his day was about to get a whole lot worse. If those two are there I try to avoid them.

Very bad there was a guy who said I looked suspicious cause I came back in with a bag and didnt get a sticker when I didnt even leave the store.Yet he seen the recites and I didnt even know they had a sticker system . Im not saying everyone in the store is bad just the people who work shouldnt be rude and call people "suspicious " . The store should talk about manners when talking to their customers.

The store itself is great, but if you are handicapped you have a choice of entry or exit. If you park near the exit then the handicapped has to walk a long distance to enter. Or they can park near the entrance and have it reversed.

Good experience at the store however delivery is awful. They cant even give you a approximate time frame. So you waste a whole day waiting on your delivery... Even Lowes calls you in the morning and gives you an approximate time.
