Just visited De Leeuw Lumber this morning to purchase doors, trim, and panels for my home and was very unhappy with the service and knowledge of the staff. The office sales rep did not have any clue as to interior trim or doors. It was very difficult to get a solid answer as to whether the items were in stock as they did not have any clue how to use a computer (had his coworker look up info). The sales staff gave me a phone number to a random guy to order my doors (who never returned my call today). Needless to say, I am very unimpressed with De Leeuw and will not be revisiting anytime soon. SEVERAL family members had recommended DeLeeuw - very sad to see this happen.

Family owned local lumber company with a huge selection and amazing customer service. Their lumber is the best in town, and will beat Lowes and Menards hands down. Im very impressed with the quality of the plywood and lumber for my projects. Even buying from their discounted/defect material is better than the "choice" lumber at other suppliers. I cant say enough about how helpful and friendly they are and I will continue to do business with them for all my needs.

Great quality in building materials and lumber. Good selection of supplies inside as well. Broken power tools? Drop em off there and theyll get them repaired for you.
