Awful customer service. Unless youve got a $60,000 order or more they could care less about you. Especially if its a Saturday, they dont want anybody bothering them on a Saturday. Every time I had to deal with them I swore I would never use them again. Three times they promised me something over the phone that when I make the drive all the way out there to find out the person I talked with over the phone doesnt know what hes talking about and its my fault for not communicating it clearly. Their inventory is all messed up so when you come to pick up your order they dont have it all and you have to waste another day to come and pick it up. Ive stood at the desk for 10 minutes waiting for them to get done with their conversations between each other before they will assist anyone at the desk. One of the supervisors had to yell at them to come to the desk and assist me with my order. You might think it would save you time because they have a lot of things in stock, but every single time I have used them I have wasted valuable days. I have found it way more efficient to go to Lowes or Home Depot and learn to use what they have and loaded up myself. I have promised myself this time never again.

I worked here for over 6mos as a driver, Drivers let me tell you this is not the place to drive for. Since Ive been here I have hauled over 99.9 % of time overweight loads . So if you like to violate DOT regulations. More power to you. Oh its looks good the first couple of months then as time so by then all of the sudden they want you to pull loads. Along with driving but at the same time you have a time limit of 25 mins for a turn around. In all this place is very unorganized Their is no communication within management. Oh lets not forget get the dispatcher that does not know the area. And customers they say they will get you the lumber on a Monday right. I have delivered many loads that was a week behind and even 2 weeks behind. As a driver to other drivers its your CDL not theirs.

These guys moved in to where Boland Maloney Lumber was. BLM couldnt call me back and I guess these guys cant either. I have had a warranty issue with a window for almost 4 years and have not been able to get anything but a promise that someone will get back to me. I was promised sat that someone would get back to me Monday. Well that day has come and gone and still no call.
