Ive been shopping here for while but todays experience is what encouraged me to write a review. I had to grab a lunch and bring it back to work today instead of going out and taking a break. Decided to stop in and see what Krogers Deli had to offer. Wow.... what a great set up. Fresh food, large selection, and super super friendly staff. The woman that helped me didnt work in the Deli section, but instead of telling me she couldnt help me, she grabbed some sort of sandwich sheet that explained how to make it, what options I had, what fixings to use, made my sandwich and got me on my way.I know it was just a sandwich.... but a lot of employees at other stores would say "its not my department" and walk away. Its rare to see customers not only care about the customer, but also take pride in their job rather than just doing what they are scheduled to do and go home. Aside from that, the place is very well stocked, clean, bright, and the produce is 1000% better than the Meijer across the street. Its not even comparable. From the cart boy, to the Deli people, to the cash register... every single employee looked at me and smiled greeted me in some manner. Whoever is doing the managing and hiring here is doing a top notch job.

This place is new, and is much more than a grocery store. If feels like a miniature Meijer. I went the week they opened and have returned many times. The sushi salesmen are very enthusiastic, and seem to always be handing out free samples. There work pays off, I bought some sushi and it was AMAZING! They also have a burrito counter (similar to Chipotle) and a Sandwich counter (similar to Subway). The store was fairly clean except that the one time we used the restrooms they were incredibly discusting, hence taking them down a star. I along with other customers decided not to use the restrooms after we saw the condition they were in.

Love the variety of items available. Store is too big though, and groceries r too spread out throughout the store. Every visit I have had to ask for assistance to find aomething. Never in an obvious spot. On a good note, staff is very friendly and willing to stop what they r doing to help.

Terrible. We went there late night and they said they closed all the registers because they were slow. So we had a full cart we had to self scan. I should have left the cart there and walked out. Also says open 24 hours. Closes at midnight. I wont be back.

I love everything except the sushi guy. So many times I just turn away because he cant just leave me alone. No one likes being hassled after a long day at work. Smile at me behind the sushi counter, Ill appreciate you more. Heck, Ill buy the sushi!!!

My first time visiting this Kroger solved an issue Ive been having with my Kroger card account for years. The attendant at the self checkout was the most helpful cashier I can remember having. I know Ill be coming back.

Absolutely enormous and SO clean. The store is well organized and has vast options for categories other than food. The gas station is very convenient. This is the only place I shop for groceries and household items!

I love this place,, it has everything. Their deli counter is good, their Asian and Mexican food counters are great, the staff is friendly and really efficient. This is the only store I buy food at anymore

Kroger has stepped its game up, this is a huge store with almost anything you could ask for. The staff were very happy and enthusiastic. They had a dining sections and different deals for different days.

Clean,well lit,well stocked. Friendly service. Id give 5 stars but i was freezing the whole time. Even left without a few things cause i couldnt take the cold. Bring a swearshirt if shopping here.
