They filled my propane tank to fill and broke my valves on the tank.my wife drove home with gas leaking through out the car and not knowing it. I got home 5 hours later and could smell the gas big te . When I called they inform me they did not do any thing wrong and said they filled the tank to much. . Figure that out . I explained I have company coming in to hours. And the manager told me then if I smell gas I should aways call the fire department . She would not give me her name when asked . What the hell! I buy the tank from tlc a year ago. They filled the tank to full. They deny any wrong doing. In one way but tell they did do it wrong. My wife was gased on the way home. And the manager treated me as if I was stupid enough to call the fire department as if I was 90 years old and had a cat stuck in the tree. Own up to your mistakes. Treat people with respect Apologize to my wife for her safety. And remember your name your parents gave you.

Called to ask a question about a product and if they had it in stock and male employee was very rude and continued to talk down on me and told me that what I was asking was wrong and pretty much a stupid question. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on!

Went in to fill a propane tank. There were 3 of us waiting for a refill. All of us had gone inside to ask for this service which is done outside. Took 15 minutes for the employee to get out there to assist us. Very poor that we had to wait so long.
