I have been shopping at this location for quite some time now, and all I can say is... WAY overpriced. This is something Ive seen progress over the years and its only getting worse. The Portage store, Kalamazoo store, Paw Paw Store and the Plainwell store are no better either. I went into the store one night just browsing around in the electronics section, when an employee walks back to the shelf where I was standing and places a vintage Kenwood amplifier on the shelf. I ask if it was returned, and he replied "yes it was, they said it had no output. So were gonna try it again".... Seriously!? Lets sell broken stuff just because it has a $200.00 price tag! Jesus %$#@! Christ, how much does it cost to pay these employees and to process stuff thats been DONATED FOR FREE!!! Greed...

Two weeks ago, my friend and I saw a beautiful ballgown on a mannequin in the window. However, the manager said that it was "Not for Sale". I went back a week later and talked to another manager named David, who said that the clothes in the window are pulled at the beginning of the month. He said that if I came back on January 2nd when they opened at 9am, it would be available for sale. I was the first one in the store this morning, and they told me that they already sold it last week to someone else even though it should have still been on the mannequin at that time per their company policy. I talked to another manager named Chad this morning, who said that this should not have happened. Apparently, store policy changes based upon the person there.

This place always smells like cigarette smoke. I think its because the employees are always standing at the back door smoking and during the warmer months and door is usually propped open allowing the smoke to waft right into the store. The mens section is EXTREMELY limited for jeans. There are 3 pair last I was in. There are always lots employees there but they do a lot more standing around talking than helping to check out customers. The line to check out is usually really LONG. Its still fun to go. Goodwill is like a box of chocolates. You never know what youre gonna get.

You need to beat the staff in knowledge to shop well here. The avg price is high but there are gems to be found. My favorite find here was an art nouveau sterling bracelet that was mixed in with all the other bracelets. Cost me ten cents. Hard to beat that but you gotta work for it at this goodwill. Used to buy a lot of shoes here but the prices have snuck up. Did find a pair of original jordan concordes here, so the loot can be very very good. Just make sure youre okay not buying anything or youre going to spend too much here.

I love this store! I always find deals on quality merchandise at astoundingly great prices! I dont get why people complain that the prices are so high! Yes, it is second hand, and its a better price, but do you realize these funds go to helping people in this community? Regardless, the staff is superb, the atmosphere is fun and I love shopping and donating at this Goodwill!

This Goodwill is recently expanded and remodeled! The best change is more dressing rooms that are larger and well lit. For those who like vintage stuff, this store has a popular section of "treasure chest" items. These are higher priced, but after several weeks on the shelf individual items are 50 percent off.

Staff is often unfriendly. Prices are too high on basic things you mght even find at the Dollar store. Many items are filthy. A quick swipe before putting it on display would be appreciated. ;) With all that said, if I take my time and watch for sales, I find a treasure now and then.

I am a vintage toy junkie, and this store seems to get some of the best vintage toys at the best prices! Im a little sad that the Treasure Chest items dont go 70% off anymore, but I still wont complain. This is the best Goodwill in the area.

I have noticed that there prices are way over priced. I have found same items in other second hand stores to be a lot cheaper. Also I have been charged more on items than what sign said when I went to checkout. I no longer shop here .

Who doesnt love Goodwill treasure hunting? The good stuff goes fast. While the surrounding city drops off their stuff here, it often goes to their other stores so dont expect to find that good stuff here often.

Disappointingly high prices for a charitable organization. Very young staff that seemed more interested in goofing off and flirting with each other than presenting a professional shopping atmosphere.

Place ia always clean, service is always friendly, and the prices are reasonable for "2nd chance/ onced love" items. I generally find great bargains

Overall its not a "bad" store. Employees are OK, and its not super sorry dirty. Though, as with many Goodwills, allot of things are REALLY Over ⬆

I understand the work goodwill does, but theyve gotten pretty high price wise for a thrift store. Not nearly the value they once were.

Its a typical goodwill. Fairly clean and orderly. The usual selections. Staff is hit or miss. The 50% off sale is really the only draw.

Great space with a huge selection. Staff could be a little more professional, and overall Goodwills prices are getting pretty steep.

One can save, and save, and save...when it comes to things they may need or want...and yet get more, in discovering unique products.

Very poor customer service. Borderline rude. And it costs more than nearby Salvation Army. Not worth shopping at.

Large selection of items definitely have to hunt for the treasure, its definitely a goodwill.

You can find unused items as well as used items. Over priced for used items sometimes.

It astounds me how much they overprice the products. A PC from 2008 is not worth $200.

Good place to find some unique items. I wish their inventory would rotate a little.
