Walked up 5 minutes before close and the clerk ran to the door to lock it and when I showed her the time she scowled and shook her head no. I had one item I was looking for. I wont be returning. Customer service is always more important than closing time. Ive been working retail for 12 years, I would have been written up for such behavior. That was unacceptable.
