Your experience and your co pay will depend on the worker who assists you. My experience was good at first, but as the pharmacy techs have changed, so did my overall experience. If you have more than one insurance, I suggest going elsewhere. It was a battle to get both of my insurances billed for every prescription. I suspect this has to do with the way information is stored in their system. Though this makes the transaction more difficult, this can be made up for by patient workers willing to correct the error. At first I think it was, and typically that pharmacy tech would assist other techs in getting the billing right. Sadly, I havent seen her there in months. I suspect she moved on. The disheartening thing is I have had pharmacy techs tell me my insurance no longer covers things, or tell me I have no insurance on file and than another worker comes over and fixes the mistake. I can tolerate slow service, I understand they are very busy when I am there, and honestly, I know multiple insurances are a pain... but dont lie to me about my coverage. Also, the response to the discrepancy became less understanding and more blameable and irritated (from their end.) This made getting prescriptions such a pain I put it off until I absolutely ran out (I realize this is my own poor choice in reaction). I have switched to another pharmacy. If you have a health condition, having you medication is key to (in my case) staying alive... do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy that understands that, and works with you to make getting what you need as pleasant as possible.

Called due to insurance making move was put on hold and had to explain to 3 people the situation and was put on hold again after 15 min I asked the 4th person not to put me on hold and she got rude with me They dont deserve my business

This place has gone done hill, says ur meds will be ready at a certain time and when u go pick them up u have to wait 30 to 40 mins more, time to change drug stores
