I believe the customer service provided at this Pharmacy in Duluth Georgia 30096 is horrible. When I asked when my medication was going to be ready when my pharmacist called in my medication about an hour and a half in advance the gentleman replied back saying I will let you know when its ready no big deal when the medication is for a serious issue with anxiety even after explaining why I need it so bad at the moment he just replied back saying we will get you the medication before 7 before we close and that was at 6:20 p.m. like does the customers life and other plans not matter I also inform the employee that Ive had 3 panic attacks in the last one hour due to the medication being stolen and nobody has done anything for me at this Pharmacy one of the pharmacist wanted to argue with the Gwinnett County Police Department receptionist when she was verifying the information saying that it was correct. I would go to a different Costco if it wasnt 40 minutes away from me but I will be definitely not returning to the pharmacy after today.

The customer service at this pharmacy is horrible. The employees are rude, incompetent, and slow to serve. Costco needs to read these reviews to do something about this service if they care enough to keep their customers. I have spoken to the manager, no help or change. We are paying customers and its convenient to do shopping and stop by to get our medications. However, no excuse to have poor pharmacy customer service from bitter employees.
