Update: the store manager called me back the next day to apologize for how rudely I was treated. I really appreciate her getting back with me right away. I will return but will probably avoid this rude employee if I see him again. I really want to like this store. I used to go to the Plymouth location but Novi is so much larger and has a better selection. I came here specifically because they have a nicer meat counter and the employee working tonight was so rude to me. I have worked in food service and never treated people the way he does. I cant get over how rude he was to me. I emailed corporate and I never complain. So I guess if you go here just steer clear of the meat counter if you see a tall guy with dark hair working, unless you want him to be rude and slide the bell across the counter at you because you didnt see it. :(

LOVE that they have a better health card and you can get discounts on every purchase! Super frinedly staff and love that they ccarry unique products that other places dont. My favorite thing is mentioning something in the past to a staff member there asking if they had it and they didnt. Little did I know because of how much I tend to shop there they ordered it and I stumbled on it! Love that! Locally owned and I think that in general is great!

Having moved to Michigan in June of this year, and after searching for my next great supplement store...I lucked out and found it Novi five minutes from my Townhouse. Friendly staff, great product selection, and everything I need, all at a more reasonable than GNC price! Thanks goodness...I was worried Id have to stock up on supplements when I go back to Wisconsin, but that worry is over. I LOVE The Better Health Stroes!

Staff is so rude on the phone..i call frequently to see what the soups of the day are and everyone is always rude on the phone..sound annoyed or they disconnect me. Today I was on hold for 15 minutes then got disconnected..I called back again and got transferred 3 times and lady was rude on the phone again. This place may have better health food but they need BETTER CUSTOMER Service. Annoyed in NOVI!

Eh. Not special; have had bugs in my bulk flour before (promptly took it back,) generally not a real clean place. Very overpriced on most items: So a sale at 10% or 15% brings some prices down from expensive to... Still Expensive. Wish there were more natural/organic food stores to choose from in the area. (Come on, Whole Foods, what are you waiting for?! Novi needs you!)

This is my second time ordering online and both times they have not completed my order . ( yes everything I ordered was in stock ) calling customer service is a huge inconvenience . It takes them longer to resolve the issue than it should . Also the essential oils that I have ordered have been opened. Not happy at all with online service from Better Health .

A Health store thats called Better Health maybe for vitamins. There fruit and vegetables arent always fresh, Last but certainly not least I brought salmon from this and was rotten and smelled horrible you could have food poisoning from this place if you arent careful.

I have nothing but great experiences there. They are are always helpful when I looking for a specific vitamin, need help at the butcher counter, etc. My husband is a chemo patient and they have recommended a lot of helpful products for us over the last year.

Well Im here almost everyday. This is a super convenient location and the staff is super friendly. This is one of the few grocery stores around that you can purchase vegan food.

This place is awesome! The only reason I didnt give a 5, is because they do over charge on some groceries, etc. However, sometimes its worth it.. When I can afford it!

Quality selection of harder to find items. Prices are a little high but loyalty card holders get discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sale prices are fair.

Doors are locked 15 minutes before closing, doors were opened and ALL Staff was very, very rude! Dont bother with this location.
