Been there 3 time so far and they always had what I needed but the courtesy at the register is horrible. No thank you no nothing 3 times in a role with a different worker each time. Im sorry but I been a manager at a department store for 23 years and I know that a customer is king. With out them you wont have a business. I know your the only hardware in Napoleon but for me I would drive to Menards before I ever spend my money in this place ever again.

Was just in today trying to fix a problem with my well pump and Jeff the manager was not very friendly or helpful he kinda acted as if I was wasting his time....which the past couple days I have been treated the same way by him with this issue....not a very happy customer....I think they were a lot more helpful and friendly at the old place....
