Try to get replacement parts for what ever you bought, forget it, bought a spray gun and pot, had it a year used it twice the fluid hose broke, called to get a replacement out of a 100 parts on this current gun they had one, I said you got to be kidding?? NOPE, got that after being on hold for 30 plus minutes, if it has moving parts forget it.

Let face facts. Theyre stuff isnt from the top shelf. If your as cheap as I am. This is the place to get it. Even if it disintegrate after or during the job. They will replace it again and again till the job is done. So if you are cheap,have time an want GREAT SERVICE they are the place to go first.

Katie in Muskegon was not helpful in the least! Went to pick up something and their inventory showed they had it but they didnt, I would have settled for the display, she wouldnt sell it, she made no attempt to help us at all! Customer service is horrible!

You get what you pay for. But if your a tool-aholic like me than its a good place to get a tool that is seldom used. If your a professional buck up and get the good stuff. The tool boxes are really a good value.
