One of the RUDEST sales person I have ever dealt with at Rockos ... Amanda ... I had a question about the deer antler for my dog as I wanted to make sure what I was purchasing .. she had no idea and DID NOT go out of her way to step out from behind the counter to help me out. We go there ofter .. and spend alot of money ... IF you dont want to be in retail and helping customers .... go work somewhere else ... My boyfriend walked out of the store .... not sure well be back ...

THIS PLACE SICKS!!!!! lv been a loyal customer since the day they opened. Went in there with a issue . They wouldnt take care of it. Employees told me I needed receipt and original packaging. Who saves packing? Anyways Im done with this place. I guess its true what they say, deal with corporate places ie. Pet Smart, they know what customer service is!!!

Staff is very knowledgeable, always willing to help. Very impressed with the way this store is run. I will not go to other competitors like Paws n Claws because they never have my food in stock, but Rockos has never failed me!!! Theyve helped us with kitten questions and various food questions as well.

I had some dog food kernels that was falling apart. The sales girl Ashley replaced the dog no food at no charge and no hassle. She made great recommendation for dog food for our dog and our new puppy!
