Looking for iPhone 7 plus, called them several times and Rick or Rich say they have it in stock. Had someone go there after I called 5 minutes before hand. She walks into store, before they would tell her if they have any they look all my info with my carrier, and found out i was upgrading a phone and switching numbers they inform her none in stock, now I had just called 5 minute before and Rick/Rick said they had them. She was being helped by Brianna I believe who then said they had a Rose gold 7 plus that was on reserve and if I wanted it they would let me have it but only if I purchased a home system for $40 per month. So i told my friend no, i called and spoke to Brianna and she said that was her offer and even though that person had paid for the phone it could be mine with the $40 per month home system, i told her she was trying to bribe me and how was she trying to give someones phone away. She said they had a certain amount of time to pick it up and if they exceeded that time it goes to next in line.I let her know i lived in an apt and would report her and she kind of laughed me off like so go ahead. I felt like they had available stock but was unwilling to sell it to me unless I purchased a home system with them. I think they call this a switch and bait or in similar fashion for retail.

Liars will tell you anything to get the sale. Then sign you up for $30 a month insurance without your persmission. Spent 2.5 hrs getting new service there. When I asked if the tablet they pushed on me had unlimited data they said yes then I get it home and it only had 1 GB. They told me I could Hotspot the unlimited plan, and I asked more than once since I need Hotspot for school and work. Get home and nope, cant hand in my homework on time to my $2500 class!! Still have the wrong address listed for my Direct TV so I couldnt get that installed yesterday. This has been the worst experience EVER!!!! I dont like being taken advantage of and businesses that take advantage of women! Follow up. The manager made an appoimtment for us to come in and meet with her and the District manager. We called to confirm, the same sales guy answered tge phone and started arguing with my husband telling him he made an honest mistake. We showed up to our appointment and it was just a set up!!!! They called the POLICE on us as we sat there quietly waiting for the District manager to show up while the shady manager hid in the back of the store!!!! They said we were making threats that we were gonna shut AT&T down....really?? I just want to hotspot!! Pathetic.

My girlfriend uses At&t and was in the market for a new phone which she ended up getting here (the Samsung Galaxy S7). It was nice to hear that theyve, like other carriers, done away with the two year contracts. The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. I dinged them stars for the constant attempts at upsells which are really annoying... insurance, cases, data plans for tablets, etc. We did our homework and knew what we wanted before we walked in there, just sell it to us and let us continue on with our busy lives instead of listening to endless sales pitches. My favorite was when the rep used the example of how much she recently had to pay to have her phone repaired because she didnt have it insured... so let me get this right, youre trying to sell me something that you yourself dont even pay for... hilarious! Do the math... $200 deductible if a repair is needed plus $10 a month for insurance over the 2 years for the finance period of the phone comes to $440 for a phone that retails for $650, sorry but Ill roll the dice on that one! Companies make a higher percentage of profit off insurance and extended warranties than they do from the sale of the item!

So first let me star by saying i had no clue this store was ever here until today!!!!! Me and my wife were driving down hall road and noticed these bright blue and orange flags so we thought maybe it was a new store that had opened. In the past we had went to a location a little further down the road from here. We stopped in and we were both greeted by a young lady as soon as we walked in, this was a major change from the one we have been to in the past. She asked us our names and what brought us in then set us up with one of the guys working there. We were placed with a guy named kris. He was very funny and outgoing which we enjoyed, our run in with the other location had been a very stale cut and dry type of deal. We had our daughter with us and he was very friendly to not only us but was goofing around with our little one as well, he said he has kids of his own so he was very good with her. We were a little rushed for time but set up an appt to have our security system set up. If your going to stop in ask for him he was a big help. Anyone that does not know where this store is its on hall rd in front of target!! A+++ service

Zero Stars!! DO NOT WORK WITH NICK! I went in to switch from Verizon to at&t. I had researched the phone/plan I wanted and told them. He fed us a line about getting free tablets because of a promotion and getting a watch because of a promotion. He assured us three times that they we completely free and would not affect my monthly fee. By some stroke of fate we got the bill 4 days later, a bill that was supper to be 75$ was 300$ for one phone! We went in 4 days after we set up the account. Nick met with us and lied to us saying we Had signed up for all the additions but could not produce a signature (because I didnt sign for it). Me and my husband began to get frustrated and then Nick got in our faces continuing to tell us we were wrong. He got so heated that the assistant manager had to ask him to leave. This was the worst experience I have ever and do not feel comfortable going in to this store. I hope no one ever had to feel they way I did, so save yourself the stress and go to a different store ore do it online. ** on an up side at&t over the phone support took care of us, and I am pleased with at&t service

My mom bought me an iPhone 6S for Christmas (I wanted the latest iPhone 7 but she didnt know) she spent just about $1,300.00 with them buying 2 iPhone 6S, 2 iPad Mini, 2 otter box cases, and 2 glass screen protectors. I obviously opened this on Christmas. Took it back to the store to exchange for the iPhone 7 and pay for the difference AND pay $45 to "re-stock" it, aka go in the back and put it on the shelf. Needless to say, the "manager" would not in anyway help me out because it was past the "14 day warranty" (5 days) knowing that I got it for Christmas. Wouldnt even come out form the back to talk to me. Every other store had an extended warranty for the holiday. I went to the corporate AT&T on Hall Road and Schoenherr and they did all they could to help me but because it was purchased at and authorized realtor they could not even find the order number or anything to do the exchange. I would not recommend this AT&T on Hall road and Heydenrich by any means. If you want good help and nice people that actually give a sh** about their customers, go to the corporate store at Hall and Schoenherr.
