Not a good place to do business. I walk up to the shop and the owner is right in the entrance doorway smoking and looks high as a kite, his eyes were blood shot. The owner is also a lier and has no customer service skills!! As the customer youd think hed treat you a little better especially if he messed up. My happiness as the customer should be his number one goal but its definitely not a concern at all to him. Hes a fast talker trying to make a quick free buck and tried talking his way around his lie but that dont work with me. I could tell this type of stuff happens allot or often because he had his entire speu rehearsed about how everything is my fault and hes legally covered. Im the customer and my happiness wasnt a concern to this joker at all, very very bad person and business man.

Friendly staff but way too over priced. Charged 31 dollars just to put a new ring in a piercing that was already there. Insisted on transferring the old ring and new ring and cleaning it for me and never mentioned charging for it and never asked if i needed them to. As much as i appreciate that i payed way to much for an 8 dollar piece of jewelry. Granted because the price was not mentioned before they put it in my card was declined and the price was dropped by 5 dollars making it 26 something with tax. Again friendly staff and great art and jewelry but probably wont be returning.

I went to Pincushns and I had to wait maybe 15 minutes because someone was in front of me and I was able to pick my jewelry then washed his hands and took me back to get my nose done he cleansed my nose and then put a dot on my nose and asked me if i liked it then he lined my nose up and told me when i was ready take a deep breath and he pierced this was all today I had an overall great experience mine costed $60 and it was 18 Gage it only hurts if i flare my nose I really like Steve he isnt a mean guy he is really nice and cares about his costumers

Good luck getting a second look unless youre full of ink, if youre not in their "club" they dont care about you. I was ignored for 30 mins., when I FINALLY spoke to someone they rushed me out of there. Joel gave me his number, told me to text pictures, and he and I would work together to create my vision (1/4 sleeve on a petite woman) not the Taj Mahal. Absolutely no response to my texts, not even the decency to turn down my work. Avoid this place. Dont waste your time, I sure did.

These guys know what theyre doing. I went there to get my septum pierced by Steve - O a few months ago and it healed up SO wonderfully. No pain when he pushed the needle through. Also I would only trust this shop to do any ink on me in all of Holland. I do tattoos and when I asked about an apprenticeship there the requirements they listed off blew my mind. This is a tattoo and body modification art gallery more than a shop. Keep it up guys!!

The guys here are friendly and genuinely nice people. Ive been in a few times lately with issues regarding my nose ring (my own fault... Not theirs!) and Steve the piercing guy was able to help me out every time. Hes really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely go here if I ever decide to get a tattoo, I would recommend it to anyone.

I came in earlier in the day as a walk-in client where they answered my MULTIPLE questions very thoroughly and with much enthusiasm! Chris fit me in his schedule later that day, and I had a great first-tattooing experience (script phrasing)! :) Would definitely DEFINITELY recommend (great, clean work), and my husband and I will be returning for more work!

Pretty cool place. Theyre really nice and are always willing to answer questions. Ive had a couple issues with scheduled appointments but Ive always been able to reschedule for latter that week or the next. Also Ive used the redemption cream they sell for tattoo care and it seems to work really well, and smells nice(In my opinion).

This is the only shop in the Holland area that I trust to get work done in. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable with their craft. The shop is exceptionally clean and they use the highest quality products available. If youre looking to get a tattoo or piercing I would highly recommend you go seen them.

Walked in looking to get my first tattoo, made an appointment for about a week later, guy called the night before and said he couldnt make it due to family obligations. I said that fine but I dont have time to get it anytime soon so can I get my deposit back? He said no and hung up.

Been there a couple of different times for various piercings and I absolutely love pincushns. Steve is super friendly and easy to talk to, and he helps with nerves a lot. Very clean facility, friendly staff, great jewelry selection.
