POORLY RUN BUSINESS, NO POINT IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! My sister and I scheduled an appointment with John several days in advance to get 2 tattoos done. A confirmation text message was sent for us to meet at 5pm on Saturday. We sent him a picture ahead of time in order to be prepared for the appointment. On Saturday we show up at 5pm only to be told John was not there. They called him at home and we were informed he was not at work, and that he could be there around 6pm. My sister and I agreed that this would be ok so we left. We showed up shortly after 6pm only to see John bringing 2 other walk-ins back to his work station. The man behind the counter said John was helping the walk-ins and that it was going to be awhile. We were informed we could wait even longer or schedule for another time. No apologies were given. Very dissapointed. This is not how legitimate businesses are run and they will not be wasting anymore of my time. So if you are fine with making an appointment and waiting several hours after the appointment time then this is the place for you. Walk-ins will take priority over you! Side note: The shop is very small and very crowded. There was no place to sit to wait. They also make you pay before you get your tattoo done. Nothing is even drawn up until they are paid.

Terrible service. It really seemed like they hadnt ever pierced a nose before since it took two people and over 30 minutes with my boyfriend cringing because they kept shoving the taper through his nose (fives times to be exact). I would NOT recommend this shop under any circumstances for anything. They should NOT consider themselves piercers WHAT SO EVER. Everything was so incredibly unprofessional.
