I got a small tattoo behind my ear done a few months ago. I called yesterday about getting it touched up, which I was told they would do. I then got told I would need release forms , which I was never given, or they would not touch up my tattoo. When I got my tattoo done I didnt get a receipt or even an aftercare sheet, I was told that their aftercare information was on their Facebook page. I called them again to try to talk to them about not getting any kind of paperwork just to find that my number was blocked from them. I even made sure that it wasnt just an issue with the shop by having someone else see if their call would go through. I found out through another tattoo shop near me that they have heard of this happening often. I cant believe that a business would not only twist things so that they would not have to do work that they told people they would do but then they would block my phone number so that I could not contact them again, especially when I was very polite, just confused about what they needed from me. I will NEVER go back to this shop and if anyone asks me where to get a tattoo from I will tell them not to come here. What they are doing to their customers is unacceptable.

Ok so my mom went there a couple weeks ago looking to get a tattoo and she said they were very rude , and that should have steered me away but it didnt i called first last night to get a price n such , and she was right kinda rude ...so i still went because of the location very close tk me and then i hear them all over the radio . Anyways i get there and hes still rude and then i had ti wait 25 minutes for the piercer to get there?! Anyways he was 21 which is whatever but that was a little bit of a concern but i thought hey hes gotta learn ya know , anyways the marking looked fine but when he was done it , i saw it and told him the top ball is croocked !:( he said it looks like that because of nose hmmm....so i thought well ok. Idk so as the night went on i couldnt stoo looking at it . i didnt swell up a whole lot ...but seeing now its side ways its very noticeable to me and driving me nuts ....and in really upset adter all this money and time so i will go up there and complain which i dont do much of....so well see what theg will do w this situation.

I got a tattoo there from Cori. I had to have it touched up and stopped in on a Saturday to see about getting it touched up. Was told that she didnt do touch ups on the weekend. Whatever, so I made an appointment...had to cancel because of a death in the family, but I was courteous enough to cancel and reschedule. I called the day of the new appointment to confirm the time and let her know I would be there and maybe a little early. When I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment, she had just taken someone else and did a 2 hour tattoo, leaving me waiting 2 hours past my appointment time. All she said was "gotta make money"...well, she wont make anymore off me or anyone I know, as I will let everyone know the unprofessionalism displayed there.

I think the name is intimidating.. Im not a tattoo kind of person, but I thought I would look into it for piercings and I highly recommend them! Anything from ear piercings, belly button, nose, lip... you name it. Its very roomy inside. Large customer service counter, highly staffed. The back area where they do all the work is very clean and well lit. When I got my piercing, all equipment was top notch, sterile (brand new, out of the packaging, as it should be) and they were professional and confident. The butterflies in my stomach went away while talking with the girl who did my piercing and I felt better.

Great place....very clean and all the artist are amazing and made me feel welcomed and comfortable...very honest...both pain for sales are the best places to get ur body modification itch out of the way....great prices and reliability plus the awesome fact of walk ins...and all the great talent that works at all locations...and they care to make sure u know what is going on instead of just rushing to make money they take there time and do the upper most quality available in my opinion....

5 stars for piercings, 3.5 for tattoos. I received amazing customer service from the piercer Dylan and they all healed beautifully, but the tattoo artist wasnt very patient and it was my first one and it was on my side so he should have had some understanding but instead he got frustrated with me and sometimes wouldnt even stop when I asked him to. Other than that one experience, its a quality place who genuinely care about you and your piercing/tattoo.

Better than I had anticipated. I dont know of any other shops open until 2 a.m. I was very satisfied with my artist, especially for the price! clean and laid back. for me, the only drawback is not having separate tattoo rooms... overall experience 4.5. the younger kid (owners son) is a fruity dude but one hell of a piercer, also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in with a couple of friends to get a tattoo and everything felt very rushed, it was like an assembly line, no place to sit because workers and their friends had the couch and chair already occupied along with a dog on the couch, (what if someone is allergic). This place is also very over priced. $100 for something so small it took 10 minutes to do.

Fantastic atmosphere and incredible artists. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful tattoo. As a professional musician my image is important and I wont be getting my tattoos anywhere else but these guys. Thank you to Nightmare for bringing my last couple pieces to life for me. Very clean and professional place they were very quick about getting me in for my tattoo .....and made me feel very welcomed and like i was part of there group ....gene aka nightmare does some amazing work along side his co-workers.... Got my ear pierced (a conch) with a tongue ring. Everything was clean and safe but still.. A tongue ring? Cmon. Went to Screaming Needle and they fixed it for me. Wont go again and wouldnt recommend anyone else go (I mean unless you want a tongue ring in places a tongue ring does not belong)

Lets just say I walked a way with two holes in my lip becuz of their mistakes my lips are swollen and Im in pain dont go here this place is terrible I was at the point where I was crying asking him stop and he just did it anyway I have blood all over my face becuz of the holes never again

Terrible. Only have one star because there is nothing lower than one star. People here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They werent afraid to argue in front of their customers, and when asked questions they answered very rudely. Do not come here, they have better service elsewhere.
