Honestly the worse experience at a tattoo parlor. We were greeted by a rude, young lady who looked around 20 or so. My friend went to talk to them about tattoos first they took her to the back with one person. I was next to talk to which she turned me away saying there wasnt time for anyone else, despite it only being 5pm. A few minutes later two people came in and went to get their tattoos without an appointment. I wanted to leave so I went in the back to ask my friend for the car keys, which the lady at the front desk, who btw have no piercings or tattoos to be seen, flipping out at me saying I couldnt go back there. I searched all their small, closed rooms and finally found her only to be yelled at by the tattoo artist and the door slammed in my face. I ended up walking to screaming needle 2.5 miles up the street and paid $60 for my small bird tattoo, which was the same size as my friends who paid $120 for her tattoo plus the awful service. Many people I have talked to about this place all complain about ridiculous pricing and their incredible rude service. I would NEVER suggest this place to anybody. Their portfolios arent even of the extraordinary or significant. Basically incomplete some of them. Terrible in general.

Avoid. I paid a very high price for what ended up being terrible work. I went to have the tattoo touched up after realizing just how awful it looked (I know how to take care of a healing tattoo, so this was due to poor quality of work) and the artist did very minimal work, nothing with the badly blended color and just simply went over a few lines again, which made it look worse. It took several days to hear back about a resolution when I asked to speak to a manager, and now they are refusing a refund even though two of the staff mentioned they would look into getting a refund for me. Dont go here if you dont want to be ripped off and end up with a botched tattoo. Whats even worse is their response to my Better Business Bureau complaint made it clear that they are more concerned about their image than honesty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they have quality and integrity.

Less than impressed a few years ago when I got my first one, but hey it was just that my first one and I wouldnt have known much better otherwise. But they earned this one star as of my most recent visit. My wife wanted to get a ring tattoo similar to one I had done on our honeymoon out west... They not only told her that there was "NO WAY" they could tattoo a finger, but they quickly started to push different tattoo ideas and doing it in a completely different location.... We came back to Mos because this is our hometown and we both wanted ink from here, but they have really stooped low as of late... Easy to see when most of their awards are from before the turn of the millennium. Do yourself a favor SHOP AROUND! We found a much better location very willing to work with the art she has and will actually put it where she wants it.

I had a less than great experience here. I had to describe what I wanted to the desk girl rather than talking to the actual artist that was going to do my tattoo. I came back weeks later for the appointment, and the artist didnt follow any of the instructions I had left with the desk girl on his draw-up of it- font choice (he used handwriting when I requested Helvetica), size (MUCH larger than requested), or design (printed out an image of what I wanted, got a completely different design). A random word was capitalized, so I asked him to please change it to lower case. He did, but did not seem very happy with my request. He was not friendly with me at all and seemed rushed, which also made the process more painful. I feel the experience would have been better if I were able to talk to the artist directly. I wouldnt go back.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. My girlfriend recently went there for a cover up and the results were little to be desired. She went back to have the "artist" fix it, only to have it look ten times worse afterwards. When we returned to talk about what happened the receptionist took her information to pass along to the manager and said that she would be contacted about the incident and the possibility of a refund. Several days later she had to call since nobody contacted her as promised and was very rudely told that nothing was going to be done to rectify the problem. I urge anyone who is thinking of going here for any body modification to research other shops around town before committing. They are unprofessional and wont even stand behind their own work

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. After scheduling a consultation with Shane, I drove half an hour to the shop, only to find Shane wasnt in that day. We did the consultation anyway, and I was told to call back in a week to schedule the tattoo. I did so, and was told that Shane hadnt finished it yet, and told to call back a week later. I did so again, with the same story. When I called back the next time, being told Shane would be in the store, he wasnt, as was the story for my fourth and final call to the store. How can the part owner of a business expect to make any money without scheduling any tattoos? Never going here again.

I got my rib tattoo done there in March by Joe. He did an amazing job. He was very friendly, joking with me and making me feel completely at ease. The tattoo took about 2.5 hours and honestly, it was a breeze. I LOVE the finished product and Im going to get my quarter sleeve in about 2 weeks from him. I CANNOT wait and there is no place that I would trust more than Mos Eisleys. They have a fantastic staff, everyone is very knowledgeable and the artists are trained and skilled to a T. Im VERY picky about where I get tattoos but I know as long as I live in GR, or at least close to it, this is the place I will get my work done.

I had a monroe piercing done in Chicago, by someone who clearly did not know what they were doing. 3 days later, it pulled through. 4 days later after that, Amanda at Mos Eisleys repierced it for me. She is AMAZING, exremely knowledgable, very clean and professional, and knows her stuff!! Thank you Amanda!!! Her after care instructions are so detailed, and it is more than obvious that she takes great pride in her work. I will never go to anyone else, ever again!! She is by far several notches above anyone else in the business!!

The guy who helped design my tattoo, Brantley, is an exceptional artist. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, and he definitely helped bring it to life. I really like that the staff makes suggestions and works with you to make sure you get a quality, lasting piece. They even follow up with calls and emails to verify the time for your appointment. We got the line work done and Ill be returning in the next couple months to finish the coloring. I also think its pretty neat that they have a fancy touch screen register.
