My wife and I were in town for a week, and had read lots of good reviews about Oxygen, and specifically Cue. We went in on Monday to give our ideas to an artist, and were directed to him. He was extremely patient as my wife described her detailed idea of what she wanted, and he even helped her formulate a rough image. Mine was from an existing image, but was very detailed and life-like. Together, they were going to take about 5 hours minimum. We wanted them done on Thursday after 5pm. Cue said that his shift ended at 5, but that he would gladly stay and take care of us. We thought about it through the week and decided to call on Thursday to ask if we could come in early. (We didnt want to keep him there that late, nor did we want to be the ones getting intricate, expensive body art from someone who had been working 12 hours) There werent too many walk-ins that day and Cue agreed to take us right away, and had an incredible image designed for my wife. The shop has a large, clean, well lit waiting area with comfortable sofas and chairs and lots of cool artwork and sculptures, which was great because my wife wanted me to be close, and I didnt want to be sitting on a wooden foot stool in a dark smelly corner for 3 hours. They also have vending machines. Cue did a great job on both of us, and was a pleasure to be around. Later that afternoon we left with some fantastic body art, and he got to go home to his family. I highly recommend Cue. We will definitely be paying him a visit the next time were in town.

THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST ---- On Sept 12, 2011, my wife and I were in Panama City and decided we wanted Tattoos. After much debate we settled on Oxygen. When we arrived we were greeted by Cue. I already had my design, however my wife needed help with hers. We were blown away by Cue’s vision of what she wanted. The man was awesome. Both of are tattoo’s came out simply amazing. Cue has set the bar super high for me and I am scared that I won’t find an artist here in Kansas City that matches his talent. I would honestly consider flying to Florida just to have this man put more artwork on my body. In fact, I just recommended him to David Draiman this morning in a conversation we were having regarding my piece. Thanks Oxygen and more importantly, thanks Cue for the amazing work you did!

I came here when I was 15 to get my belly button pierced. My little sister and I both got ours done. I was 15 and she was 14, yes I realize we were young but at the time I didnt. We didnt lie, our adoptive parents did. We just picked out the rings. They said my sister was was about to be 17 and I was 16. Because shes always looked older. But the experience great, I still have my piercing, four years later, and I still love it as much as the night I got it. That experience also helped me get over my fear of needles. Well, I dont try to knock out people coming at me with a needle but I still freak myself out over nothing. I wish I knew who did it so I could thank them and may come for more later. But I will definitely come back for other stuff when I visit Florida again. :)

It was awesome. They were so friendly. At first I was looking for a female to my piercings. When I got to oxygen tattoo and body piercing they made me feel welcome. I got both my nipples pierced, my belly button, and a hood piercing, and the guy that done them was kind, and respectful. He didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. I would highly recommend this place for piercings and tattoos. I live in GA, but me and my husband are truck drivers out of bowling Green KY and were passing thru. We come thru this area a lot, and I will be going back and and I recommend you to go as well. If you let any others do your piercings or tattoos other then this place youre screwed so check it out. Place was really cool and clean. Last day on vacation and we thought tattoos would be fun. Based on the reviews I read, I didnt want to go anywhere else. I wish I had though. A clean, cool environment and great tattoo work can be completely ruined by one person. David was my tattoo artist, I had my infant with me sleeping in his car seat while my family figured out what they wanted. I jokingly said I had to bring my baby for a little bit until they could keep an eye on him, I hope thats okay. He looked at me with a serious look and said no its actually not but this tattoo wont take but two seconds. I was appalled. If I wasnt so shocked, I would have demanded someone else or my money back. I will NEVER be back and we vacation here every year.

I went there to get two helix piercings and a tattoo on my left wrist. Lawrence did my piercings and he was AWESOME! Anytime I want something pierced I will go back to him. He made me comfortable the whole time and I honestly didnt even feel the needle in either ear. I highly recommend you request him if you get any piercings in Panama City Beach, FL. Josh did my tattoo on my left wrist and he recommended some small changes to my original idea but still kept it true to what I wanted.l I absolutely LOVE it! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Yes their prices are a little higher but they are reasonable for where they are located and they are well worth the money!

At the beginning of my experience I would have rated this place a 0. I hated the customer service and the artist I first had was making me way more nervous than I already was. After 30 minutes of the drawings not looking anything like the simplicity I was asking for, I was on my way to get a refund and not get the tattoo. Then walks up Cue, and he turned my experience right around. He drew up my tattoo(exactly from the picture i showed them both), stenciled and tattooed me within 15 minutes. I still dislike the way it all started, but in the end I love my tattoo SO SO much and anytime you go into Oxygen, I HIGHLY recommend Cue. Hes amazing and made me feel very comfortable.

One month ago my friend and I received tattoo from the female artist. One she had the personality of a rock so trying to make small talk was impossible but when it was done it looked great, its a very basic simple tattoo, to us it represented our move from the Rockies to the Beach, a great journey during our friendship, fast forward now its looks AWFUL. The healing process was normal, no scratching, no peeling, I kept it clean and moist with A & D. Now Im stuck with this god awful tattoo $90 + 20(tip) wasted and I have to go get it re done and pray to God they can make it look better.... dont go here, dont waste your money
