Super thumbs up!! The guys I delt with rock! Even though I knew what I was doing they were able to give me some tricks of the trade, seeing is that Im definitely not a mechanic. I actually had a good time paying and arm and a leg for a tiny piece of cast aluminum. Thanks Chrysler. I will definitely call these guys with questions, if their not busy and able to talk! When their busy... Damn it people let them do their job!

Very unprofessional service, especially if your a women! I needed a new battery for my car and I was treated like I knew nothing!!! Im sorry but I do know what kind of motor my Impala has!!! I went across the street to Walmart and bought my battery there! I guess Auto zone didnt need my $150.00! I should of learned my lesson from the first time I went there to buy wipers! No more chances from me!!

The worst and slowest customer service ive ever had in my life. Cant get outta the store in under 30minutes for a core exchange just utterly rude, and low iq level employees. Wish they would of never even built one in grand blanc its useless

Its a good store, but plan your visit into your calendar. Service is notoriously SLOW. How slow? How about waiting to check out for 30 minutes with 5 people in front of you. Yes 30 minutes. Inexcusable.
