Extremely rude and unprofessional. 4 grown men standing behind counter mocking and putting down previous customers like theyre in high school, very negative and unprofessional environment. I came in because my under warranty battery was bad. "Ray Glock" argued with me for several minutes, insisting it was fine and trying to get me to leave because his handheld multimeter told him it was OK, until I made him take it out and load test it...low and behold, it was bad. Gee thats weird. Very disrespectful and arrogant for no apparent reason...you work at Autozone! Do not address customers over and over again as "bud". There is clearly a management issue at this store, I wont be back.

Ive had friendly people serve me at McDonalds during rush hour when I pay in all change. I know there are a few wonderful people that work at this particular Auto Zone, but 90% of my experiences with the employees in this store were absolutely terrible. Theres a woman here in particular that has always been just flat out rude, she seemed rather disgusted to have to look up a part for me on one occasion. Unless you plan on being talked down to I would avoid this location.

Worst customer service ever. The woman behind the register was having bad day. I didnt know you could swear in front of customers. Will not be giving my money to a corporate giant no more with that kind of service. Will be filing complaint with corporate. Service sucked parts overpriced. I highly recomend Auto Value where they care and independently owned and they dont swear in front of customers.

Donald was very respectful and polite. Explained everything word for word and made sure I understood everything. Did not end the phone conversation until I was completely satisfied and had no further questions. Even ordered a part that they didnt have in stock and told me it would be their the following day, and it sure was. AutoZone even called to let me know it was ready to be picked up!

Rude employees. Ive used this particular autozone many times and never have walked out feeling like it was a good experience, Most of the people working there are rude and act like they have anything better to do than help you, Im done with this place. I recommend NAPA Highland Auto at Milford rd and M-59. Great people. great service and they always have what im looking for!

Good group of guys I rarely encounter bad service there if you have a lick of common sense and a general knowledge of what you are doing the guys are helpful and friendly. You will get the "youre stupid look" if you just walk in and say "I need brake pads" fine by me. Give them the tools and they will help.
