DO NOT SHOP HERE Their selection is huge, they have one of the largest salvage collections I have seen. I called a week before I drove 220 miles to pick up parts and they said they had all the parts I wanted and they were in good condition. Unfortunately their computer system was wrong. The transmission I was told was "good" had a badly cracked case rendering it completely useless. They never once apologized for the situation and didnt seem concerned at all that I had driven 220 miles to buy parts they didnt have. Aside from this, their policy is to trust the computer system (that was down when I showed up), they dont pull the parts until you pay for them so for some parts you cant be sure what youre getting until you have waited hours for them to pull the parts first. I wouldnt recommend shopping at Givens Auto Parts. They dont seem to offer good service and their prices are not competitive. Keep in mind the service hours posted on Google are wrong. They are close Wednesdays and Sundays. That is on their website and on their phone recording but wrong on Google maps.

ZERO STARS!!! We went in to see what they would charge for a Nissan upper duct air intake hose. Keep in mind these are used parts they have. They were asking $75.00 for a used one. I called the Nissan dealership in Buford, they have a brand new one for $80. Advanced Auto Parts has a brand new one for $72. I also found a ton of used ones online for anywhere between $54-70. The people at Givens were very rude when I asked them if they would be willing to come down in price. I asked them why I would pay $75 for a used one when I can get a new one for $5 more. They replied "We sell 5-6 of these a week, so we cant go lower than $75" . So basically they are willing to rip everyone off because people actually buy from them not knowing parts are far cheaper at other locations. I imagine this is why they have such poor reviews.

I gave this place a shot despite the negative reviews and I am glad I did! I found the Jeep engine I needed during an online search and gave thes guys a call. They quoted a very low price that seemed too good to be true for the mileage but they assured me the info was correct. I drove down the next day to pick it up and the staff was very nice and professional. They showed me the engine I requested and then loaded it up in the back of my truck after I agreed to it. I payed and was headed home in about 15 minutes. The engine is now in my Jeep and it is running as smooth and powerful as a 4.0 with 76,000 miles should! Im looking forward to this engine outliving my Jeep and when the next thing goes out Givens will be the first place I call.

I bought a used transmission in March of 2016 for my 1999 Infiniti QX4. It has been absolutely flawless! I like that they pull the parts after you ask for them so they dont dry rot on a shelf. The other negative reviews Ive read I cant relate to because everyone was nice to me. I say nice.. they werent like, "hello sir! How are you today?!? How can we serve you??" It was like walking in to an old hardware store. If you know exactly what you need and be assertive then, in my experience, you get what you are looking for. You cant go in there and be like "I think its either a 2005 or a 2006.. whats a production date??" Do your research first and then go in there with answers to all the questions theyre going to ask. Very rude. Called an hour before we came to verify part was there. Came in at 3:15, really rude lady started hassling us saying that they close at 4 and pull their last part at 3:30. Ok then whats the problem? The part we wanted was a hood and fender. Both take 20 mins tops if the person is experienced. Then they were really disorganized and couldnt find the car. Finally they found it. The guy who took it apart (they wont let you pull your own parts) was kinda nice. But the people in the office were jerks (Google appropriate word for what Id like to say). I wouldnt get any mechanical parts from here. Shady and overpriced too.

I went and bought a transmission it was $902 had it put in the next day it didnt work ..Ive called called and called they hung up on me twice didnt want to value the warranty..so Im out if $900 .i wouldnt buy anything from them because if it doesnt work they are going to run u in circles and threaten you with calling the police for harassment which is ludicrous when you sold me a part that doesnt work .i talked to the owner she hung up on me also ..please save yourself time and go to another auto yard ...their very rude and dont respect you after u spend your money

I give zero stars for quality of service and backing of products. We bought a rebuilt transmission and didnt get many miles out of it before the reverse quit. Drove back up with our receipt, which did not list the warranty on it, only for a cold and unwanting to help response. After talking with a few transmission places on our problem, all concluded that the person did not do a proper rebuild. I will not return, nor do I recommend this place.

Can I say less than 1 star? Terrible customer service, they greet you with an attitude, followed by talking down to you, and topped off with being short with you. How they stay in business I have no idea. After quoting me an outrageous price, I found my part cheaper- new - from the dealership! This is not my first experience with them, its the standard atmosphere. Steer way clear!

I am business and called to have a part pulled and pay. They said it takes 15 minutes once I arrive. I have been here for 45 minutes so far. They lie about time. Now I have to sit in traffic. I just heard them take a credit card over the phone. Why did they just pull my part and take payment and I would be there in 25 minutes.

TERRIBLE customer service. The "old lady" there was very rude. She shut the door on us and she call me a "talker." What KIND of customer service that was? Thought I was the only one dealing with these people. There are many bad reviews. I didnt read the reviews before I get the parts from here. Stay away from this place!

Only USED PARTS store that had an engine for my 05 Equinox for under $1k and also under 90k miles, every other place wanted over $1k and the miles were way more than what my car had. Pulled it apart to do visual inspection and it looks good. Warranty has expired for over 2 months now and engine still runs like new.

NO STARS!!! Honestly the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. Biggest waste of time and money, spent $400 on parts and had to return them a week later because they were ALL malfunctioning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to stay away from this dump site, because it is quite literally filled with waste.
