The cuts of meat are of excellent quality. The staff is professional and friendly. I have been to many different markets in this country and I have to say that this is one of the top markets Ive been to. The meat is fresh and even in the case, before its cooked the meat looks beautiful and clean. There are closer markets, but I travel for quality for my family. See for yourself. :o)
