What a wonderful place! Its dedicated to the availability of adventure and wisdom to all, and has a great selection of books at prices almost everyone can afford. And it is also a good place to exchange local news, philosophize, get tips on good reads in particular areas of interest, and to journey the great wide world in what feels like the comfort of your own living room. Ive never failed to find a good book for myself or for a gift. Ah, the joys of serendipity!

Serendipity Books is more than a bookstore. It is an intellectual slice of Chelsea with a twist- the twist coming in the form of the owner Lucy Silverio. Always able to point you in the direction of a good book or bring you up to speed with local happenings, Lucy brings her store to life. Great place to browse, read, and pick up gifts or a good read for yourself. I highly recommend taking a moment to stop by and experiencing it for yourself.

Seems like they renovated a bit since last year and I like it. Ill now sit down in their shop with my own books from time to time to read. A great variety, too, in my opinion. The alley just outside is another nice spot to read and even eat if you have food.
