Dear reader, I do not write reviews about anything. I am someone that most would say is relaxed when it comes to things bothering me. I have been with my girlfriend for six years, and at one point she told me one of her issues with my personality is that I dont get upset about anything.... ever. SO WHY AM I HERE? Well, I dont want to waste your time with a long overdone story about why this place is the worst place ever because I could now tell a few of those stories. I just want others not to have to deal with a place that is so poorly managed that it is upsetting just to do simple things that could be done anywhere else without messing up just about everything. So..... on to make it quick. 1# DONT EVER COME HERE! 2# Garry the manager there that is also a pharmacist is offensive and plays games with people for no reason he lies to them and wastes their time because he thinks he is more intelligent than most of the people coming to the pharmacy. I have a Masters in physics Garry; I dont think I am better than anyone in any way. I see everyone the same, and I treat them all the same. I saw Garry lie to someone because of the color of their skin, and then tell me about as if I was supposed to agree with him because I am white. I give this pharmacy no stars. But had to click on one to leave review. Today I was there and the employee at the drive up window not only was rude but left the speaker phone on while talking crap about me. I was at the window while she looked right at me and kept scanning her items. I had to press the call button to get her to respond and then she was rude I called in my prescription at 2pm on sat went to pick it up today and was still not ready. Customer service was horrible and upon asking for a manager after hearing her talk about me through the speaker the manager never even came to the window. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY PLEASE SHOP ELSE WHERE!!!!!!

I received an automated call saying that my prescription was ready for pickup, however I have 4 pending. So I called to find out which one it was, or if they were all ready. The phone rang and rang, then someone finally picked it up and must have just set it down to keep it from ringing, because I could hear 2 of them just chatting away in the background. Um, sorry to interrupt your conversations by calling for you to actually do your job. I dont like to work at work either, but thats what you get paid to do not stand around, chit chat and ignore people or leave the phone off the hook so you dont have to deal with them.

I am not sure why I continue with this pharmacy. The actual pharmacist is good but the other staff is rude and not knowledgeable at all. Everytime I call its holding for 10 minutes then speaking to someone just to get put on hold again because they do not know anything. Drive through window constantly busted and inside is even more horrible and rude. About a month ago when I went in there was even a pile of prescriptions all over the floor being walked on by staff. Get better staff and this could be a great pharmacy. Until then I am looking to switch to somewhere else.

This pharmacy can be great, the pharmacist is so nice. The staff is unknowledgeable, lost, rude, condescending and irresponsible. Every single time we go in to get prescriptions (3-4 times a month), either the medication isnt really in, even though we received a call, or the insurance information is messed up. I know how to fix the issue with the insurance and have to explain it all but 2 people who work there. I know students have to learn somehow, but schedule them with veterans!

Extremely long wait times every single time, inside and in the drive-thru. I dont believe they can handle the volume of business they get.
