I would give anything for this wait to end, weve been here for an hour and this woman keeps saying "a few minutes", I dont think she knows what that phrase means. Anyway were leaving, Id rather be in medical danger than sit here and wait any longer, at least the line in Hell is shorter and the people arent as infuriating.

This pharmacy is well run, convenient, reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, sometimes there is a long line, but thats because the prices are good, probably the best in Waynesville, though I always recommend to check around if a medication is expensive.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This pharmacy has no sense of urgency whatsoever!! And most of the staff are so rude and unwilling to help!! It is such an ordeal to get your meds!! They really deserve no stars!!!
