Bought 2 items of jewelery from this store. The first was a charm bracelet which Ive had to replace three times. Most recently purchased a small diamond ring for my girlfriend for Christmas. One of the accent diamonds fell out after three days of wearing it. Went to return the ring and replace the bracelet with a lobster clasp and they refused to exchange the bracelet. When they openly admitted that the clasp bracelets were faulty and having numerous issues, I promptly asked for a full refund on the ring so I could take my business elsewhere. They refused to do so. I took my business to Pandora within the hour, got a nice new bracelet. Ill be going to a local family owned jeweler for any future purchases. I would never shop here again even if they were giving away free jewels. Id expect that quality of jewelery from Walmart.

This store uses deceitful wording in their return policies, and has very poor customer service. The jewelry they sell is over priced and poor quality. When things fall apart, they prefer to continue to exchange items with the same faulty merchandise, not caring about the person purchasing this stuff or how many times they may have to return it, when they know there have been many of the same items returned due breakage after normal use. This store cares about one thing-making money, not the customers satisfaction-I will never purchase another item from Kay Jewelers.

I went into this Kays location to have my engagement ring cleaned before our photos. I was very pleased with the outcome! Never has my ring been so clean or sparkly, it looked brand new! Ive gotten my ring cleaned at various other Kays and they didnt give it enough attention as the Partridge Creek employee did. I appreciate it and will be returning for future cleanings!
