Very very poor customer service from the "assistant manager". I stopped in because when I got home I realized that one of the two cans I got in Roseville was incorrectly tinted. He said, "nothing I can do about that you have to go back to them. I can sell you a can and you can go up there to get your money back. If I tint a can for you I will be -1 on my stock." I understand that you have to manage your stock but he should have called Roseville and they would have just swapped a can. After going back up to Roseville he said, "if he would have called me we could have made it work." Then proceeded to see that it was a fixable mistake and retinted the can. Meaning the assistant manager could have done the same thing but didnt want to provide any sort of customer service. I did talk to store manager and he wanted to make it right but it was too late. I will no longer use Sherwin Williams, decent product for decent quality but horrible service kills it for me.

Not the most exciting place, but the selection of paints is great, and the quality of paints both brush and spray on is very high. Competitive prices, too. The only place Ill buy any paint from is right here.
