I truly hate Walmart. This one especially! The workers are rude, and have terrible customer service. I went in to return items WITH my recipet, the items had nothing wrong with them I had just changed my mind. Karen. S was working the customer service desk and was entirely unapproachable! Barely said two worlds to me and when I asked if she would just return the items onto a gift card she refused and was very snotty about it. It was simply a question considering I had plans to buy more and id rather not wait for the return to post to my debit account. Instead I left after, Id rather spend my money else where! There return policy sucks! I was reading a sign that said you cannot return without a recipet, but they dont even offer recipet look up! Theres always a line, the workers are slow, rude and goodness I could go on forever why this Walmart SUCKS! Clearly horrible management to let people such as Karen. S work around the public. If you want to be treated poorly, this is the place to shop!

I do not have an experience to review, however I must say that I have backed up and except for one lone person no one likes this store! Is that the most messed up thing that you have ever read? It is to me! I mean these people have told them what the basic trouble IS...... Its the lazy non- interested people that they hire to deal with the public, who apparently, is not as dumb as Walmart seems to think we are or they would not receive as many complaints as they do online. Say, does anyone know who the person is that is supposed to read the reviews and then pass it along to some to see that if these complaints were indeed genuine, yea me neither. It sure is a shame though I used to like shopping there.

Dissatified by auto service center. Went to service center at 6:30pm on mon night and due to lack of staff was told it would be as late as 8:30pm before they could help me. The manager then came out and offered to take the tire and have it repaired and ready for pickup at 7am tue morning. I arrived back tue at 6:50am and no one showed up until 7:15am. Then I was told tire was not repaired yet, also they could not do anything until the manager got there to open the bay doors. They did not start working on my tire until 8:45am, and told me it would be at least another 1/2hr. I understand it takes time to do repairs, but I should not have been told it would be ready and then have to wait over an hour more.

Refused to take my $5 worth of can returns because they were "crushed", even though the laws states that if my cans are crushed, and the retailer sells the brand and it is clearly visible that they are MI deposit that a retailer is supposed to take them. Im out $5 not just because they didnt take them but because I have to drive around to take them somewhere else. BTW The can return area is always a mess and 9 times out of ten we have to use ever single machine to find one that actually works or isnt "full".

Dont even bother trying to call. I waited for about 10 minutes to get an answer and was immediately hung up on. I called again, got an answer and was transferred to the correct department, waited for 10 minutes, and was hung up on again. Called again, immediate answer, immediately hung up on. Tried one more time, ask for a manager, was transferred, waited again, no answer, was placed back on hold.... Im on hold still so I dont know how this ends yet, but if I had to guess, Im gonna get hung up on.

I wont even give this store one star...... I called up to the store to see if they had something in stock at 11:00 pm, the person in electronics hung up on me. So I called right back to have a very rude woman say "Walmart is closed" and hung up. So I called back and asked what time the store was closed and the same woman said loudly "NOW". I have had nothing but rudeness from this store and I spend a lot of time and money here. None anymore. Ill make the drive to Grand Blanc....

will not ever use in store pick up here again the messed up my order i followed all the guide lines they charged my card then didnt have my items ready when it said they would and the manager basically said too bad..really you took my money and wont give me what i paid for you basically stole from me and now your going to be rude even tho its your company screwing up! Maybe i wouldnt be so upset for the mess up by the site had the manager not been rude and arrogant

Nothing good to say about this site. Called to inquire about an online order was on hold for 15 minutes, when the lady calld and said it would be" just a minute". Called again a few hours later to be transferred to nothing but silence. Called back for it to ring for five minutes before I finally hung up. Dirty, messy and rude. It takes two minutes for them to look at my order. Online to in-store pick up is horrible along with their horrible service desk.

Ugh no. Employees have no customer service skills, I mean none. Check out is a joke as always. This is literally 1 of 2 grocery stores open in this town and always packed yet no employees to ring people up. Gross and dirty, always a mess. I hate going in there and try to avoid it at all costs. The electronic dept is the worst, only one employee to help 10 different people, and dont even try calling up there, the phone will just keep ringing.

Things arent easy to find and they often have lots of stock in the isles at night time making it hard for disabled people to get through let a lone for anyone to get the items they are desiring. Usually has very very few lines open... Especially after midnight. With Corunna r Walmart being closed after midnight it seems that Burton gets the over flow now. Bathrooms have been nasty as of lately! Ugh

Poor. Not helpful. Went with a return.....basketball backboard still in box etc. Didnt have a receipt. Clerk had no idea what she could do. Manager said there was nothing she could do since we couldnt remember the date we purchased it. I thought theyd at least give a store card. All other stores just look it up or at least give you a due bill. We will no longer shop at WalMart as a first choice.

I went in for shotgun ammo. The slugs and buckshot are in the case behind the counter. It can be hard to see what is in stock. I asked for Remington or Winchester rifled slugs. At first I was told only Federal and Premo were available. But after refusing to buy those brands a second check yielded a box of 20 Winchester 12 Guage 2 3/4 rifled slugs and an apology. Would go again.

Compared to my local Wal-Mart this one is dirty, & disorganized. A grocery employee and a greeter I met were very cheerful and went above and beyond to asist me with my shopping. On the other hand the auto service employee who waited on me was rude and dismissive. She treated me as though I was bothering her by asking questions and asking for information on tires.
