Went here to purchase a 64GB USB flash drive. Sale paper says it is $34.99 and that the sale ends 9 days from now. I was told it was a two day sale and that is is $99.99 now. Then I looked up the sale on my phone and showed them it was $34.99, they told me to purchase it online and have it shipped to the store at that price, it is a gift and I need it tomorrow. It was in stock and they would not honor the sale OR allow me to purchase it online & pick it up today. I will never give Radioshack my money again, there is a reason they are all going out of business.

The sales representatives are so helpful! They greet you when you walk in the door, ask if you have any questions and will answer any questions you need. The only down side was the sales tag on the cell phones were not correct but one of the sales representatives was able to get us the phone for a discount and gave us a discount on all of the other items as well. They are very friendly and you can tell they all get along which helps the atmosphere of the store and makes it a lot more welcoming. I would definitely go to this store again!

I havent shopped in this store in years. I was in need of a fuse for my television this evening and looked up this RadioShacks hours, open till 9:30 PM, awesome! I had a half hour prior to the store closing. I drove across town only to find out their hours are actually till 9:00 PM. You would think they would be courteous enough to change their hours online.

After choosing my Iphone charger, the sales rep was annoying and persistent about me purchasing another charger that he thought was better. He kept going on and on, and would not accept the fact that I knew what I wanted. He was overbearing and totally lacked professional etiquette. I was happy to walk out that store.

Called from pricing on a cat 5 cable and was told "I think its 35$" well can you check? "theres a lot of people in here so no" customer service at its finest! Fail!!
