I took my older, abused laptop to ATR 3 weeks ago. My old laptop was so slow, had cigarette burns all over the keyboard, had viruses, I couldnt pull anything up on Google...anyhow.....I now have a brand new laptop!!!! I LOVE IT! Runs like a deer, they cleaned the machine up like new, put a new keyboard on it & the price was much better than other repair shops that I checked on. Polite, helpful, professional & these guys know what they are doing!!!! Highly recommend them & thanks ATR from a grateful customer! 5 stars!

I took my auto accident damaged Asus into ATR almost a year ago and its running and performing like a champ. They were the only ones in the area I was told repair/replace the power connection (mine fractured during the wreck) on these (came highly recommended from Fenton Computers), so I took it to them to replace it, and the damaged monitor/screen. It took a few days to get the parts in and to make the repair, but they did an awesome job! Probably going back this weekend to get a laptop for my wife. Thanks guys!!!

If I could put negative stars I would. Took my laptop there to get fixed and when they said they fixed it, it still wasnt working how I needed it to work. Tried to talk to Ryan and he wouldnt even talk to me to hear my concern. NOT a good way to run a business. Ill take my business elsewhere and good luck if you take your computer there to get fixed....Theyre slow and would keep telling me that they would call me when it was ready but I always ended up calling them.

Ordered a "used" Dell laptop from them through eBay. The machine I received seems like new old stock. Perfectly clean inside and out, no dust, no shiny spots on the keys, stiff new hinges. It could be a brand new four year old machine. Plus it arrived early, well packed, with a handy tip sheet for common problems. These guys are a class act. I give them Five Geek Stars. :)

These guys are really helpful, nice and smart, however, there is one issue. I have to constantly bring in my HDD because it is constantly breaking, i dont know if it is the company or not, but either way, i still like it.

Goofy customer service.Both guys in there have a hard time working togather from what i seen while i was in there.no knowledge on computers.Very disappointed cant stand them
