i wish i could give them negative stars, i went in a few weeks and explained to th young man helping me out that i did want to upgrade because i didnt want my bill to be over a 100/ month the young man went on to reassure me it would not be over 100$ so i get my first bill expecting it to be close to 130$ because of the activation fee but no it was 150$ and when i saw a detailed report of my bill it was 110$ a month these kids that sell phones here are liars just trying to make a quick buck on commission im leaving sprint asap because of you fuq boys

Great service - they fixed my problem when 3 other Sprint Stores told me I was wrong, stupid (Teggerdine Store), and that i was stuck (Baldwin Store), and lost my order twice (Milford Road). I got my iPhone 7 Plus, and my iPad Pro 12.9 inch here, I wont go to another sprint store again - this is my store - and I dont hand out 5 star reviews often.

Was told that if I switched to there phones with Sprint I would save so much money...months later still getting the run around and not saving any money. So not happy with them and there service. I would have been better off staying with Verizon. $25.00 savings a month is sure not worth the poor service of Sprint and the games they have played.

Ive been a customer at this location for over a year now. Their staff is honest, knowledgeable and helpful. We have a family plan with 5 phones/users. I recommend this location to my own family and friends.
