TERRIBLE customer service & warrenties on anything but handtools!! I have bought many Craftsman products in the past but mainly hand tools. I just spent $100 on a 3 ton jack and within a week the seal went, wont stay pumped up for more then a minute before leaking down. I looked it up online and found out its an extreamly common issue with these and everyone who has tried to take it back or exchange it has been basically told too bad.. not our problem.... I decided to take it back into this store to exchange it since this is where I bought it from and they basically told me its not their problem. Even though its BRAND NEW since I didnt hold onto the recite I am screwed and "they have no way of looking me up" even though we come into here often, have a customer rewards card, and used a credit card to purchase it. Basically they dont care enough to. I WILL NOT BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING BUT HANDTOOLS.

I am a little late in posting this, but during the Christmas break we had an issue with a hot water heater we purchased through Sears. The staff and I even believe the owner of the store bent over backwards to help me and my family get a replacement as quickly as possible even though their store was not at fault for the issue we were having. I would highly recommend this store and its people as they definitely won me over. I honestly dont believe I would have received the kind of service I did had I gone to another Sears store. Just exceptional all the way around.

I bought one set of appliances, and was delivered a lesser model set, I was told I had to pay to pick up the old set, and pay again to have the new set delivered!!!! 3 times for shipping, I was hung up on twice on the phone while trying to sort things out, and then was told that it was my fault not the ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER who sold us the product. Terrible service, rude people working there. I will follow this up after I talk to the owner who is available Monday, he doesnt work weekends and can not be reached until then. Shop at a real sears not an outlet.

Wonderful store! The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner is always there, too, which is really nice. I will continue to shop here in the future. Plus, they are local owners - I like to keep my money within my community, as everyone should!

Very Good Customer Service, Josh took the time to explain the differences, and options of multiple appliances. Pricing is comparable to Big Box Stores maybe a little cheaper on some things.
