it is going down hill, the last couple of times we were there and this was in this month Aug 2013. The waitresses were different each time and they never came back to check on us not once! they brought out all biscuits when we asked for corn bread.. a mix at least would be expected but not just all one.. there is always something wrong with an order each time.. I get mistakes happen but what really gets me is the poor service, and each time was not busy at all so why couldnt they check on us not even one time??? even the food has gone down, not all but some. Not going to bring our business back thats for sure and we have been to this location many times at least once a month.. maybe they are discriminating because I am white and my husband is Thai(asian) most likely because these same waitresses are checking on other tables but ours plus she skipped him when we all were ordering drinks and food... she wasnt even going to take my husbands order? Why? because he is from thailand and not white??? last waitress just turned around so quick and paid him no attention.. its like hello he would like to order too!.. this is an absolute disgrace! Update: corporate brushed off this racism toward us and refused to listen to our story.. Racist pricks do not deserve ANY business!!!

Went for breakfast with two friends the bacon was very undercooked so we sent it back - when the wait staff brought it back - half of the bacon was burned to a crisp the other half was still blubbery/raw. The eggs were also uncooked - runny on the inside-dont people get sick from raw eggs?!? How could anyone be employed in a restaurant and cook like this and keep their job is unbelievable. I noticed other reviews about undercooked food as well so it was not just our isolated experience- then other reviews are positive - there is something wrong with this place - it sounds like a hit or miss / roll of the dice. A truly good restaurant is consistent. Watch out for the raw food.

I love this Cracker Barrel! The waitresses here have always been friendly, bringing out food warm in addition to bringing it out fast. Chicken Fried Chicken has the perfect breaded coating around the meat as well as that white gravy on top for a perfect flavor. On the healthier side, their cauliflower/carrot/broccoli blend tastes super delicious. I have had a manager come see me twice during breakfast shifts to check on my food. I really appreciate that. There is no better place for country-style cooking than Cracker Barrel. Plus its right off the freeway!

The waitress got my salad wrong and added bacon, when she replaced it she picked out the bacon with her fingers and was still doing it as she headed to the table. The manager stepped in but didnt offer to reduce the bill until I pushed the issue. Poor service and Id have to think its against health dept standards using her fingers to remove pork from a salad for someone that does not eat pork and asked it to just be a veggie side salad.

My dining was rather exquisite but the cooks were in a rush my food was made very fast and very little quality although most of my visits there have about four and a half star food but overall I would say its about three stars the people are nice the food usually made with quality the store has good deals and cute things and is rather cheap that is my review

Ate here about 3 weeks ago. Mashed potatoes were cold and dry. Broccoli was raw and horrible. Only decent thing was the tea, cornbread, and chicken fried steak. The cheese grits where gummy grits with fake shredded cheese on them. Needless to say this was a second chance that was once again blown. Ill just cook my own chicken fry.

Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel... Its a chain, and you know what to expect from the menu; country style comfort food, which they do well. The service at this location was very good, even considering how busy they were. Prices arent bad, and the store is cute to walk around in...

I love going to Crackerbarrel each time Im visiting from Australia. Theres so many lovely things to look at in the gift store. Stopped in for breakfast this time too. The bacon was amazing!! So crispy. And the biscuits & gravy were perfect too. Great service.

Ordered country fried chicken. My second bite tasted off... it looked very pink. The chicken was completely raw in the center, and was at least 80% raw overall. Worst food I was ever served in a restaurant. Manager made me a new one and laughed it off.

Im not a huge fan of Cracker Barrels in general and I cant pinpoint why. This one, however, serves fantastic fish on Friday nights and its served with a smile (even if the wait staff forgets to bring you side dishes and then brings the wrong drinks).

The last two times I have been to this location the service was dreadfully slow and the wait staff has screwed up my order. Basically have to beg for refills or bbq sauce. I would not recommend this cracker barrel its very poorly managed.

Everything was great except where we were seated. I hate being sandwiched between a table of 10 and blasts of sun rays coming through the window. I guess thats kinda picky, but those are both very distracting to a one year old ;-)

Traditional Old country style food. Taste good, great prices. I love the little shopping store at the entrance. Every time we go we bring bacon at home, is a plus and have a gret price and delicious taste and quality.

Way better then Bob Evans food & way friendlier staff! I would choose this place hands dwn. They make their biscuits from scratch everyday in house! Bob Evans come in frozen. Real dwn home country cooking/food.
