I have gone here several times since December 2015. This past experience was the best experience I have had at any restaurant ever! Unfortunately, my server did not have a name tag or his name stitched in his apron. He was always on top of refilling drinks and ensuring our food was brought out ride. He was responsible for a whole section, and danced around our tables so quickly. He got a to-go drink for me. He also saw I was really cold, and brought a hot cup of water. I had no idea this was coming, and it was such a nice thing to do. I asked for an apple cider on a separate check, and he just said he would put it on his tip and not charge me. I gave him an extra tip for that. Such a great experience!! He has long hair he keeps in a little ponytail and has glasses.

Dear lord someone please teach those people how to serve. First off, we waited for an hour as they called the wrong name. Which I get, sometimes its loud and you hear something incorrectly. But second, I watched one woman balance a tray for about five minutes until she finally realized you could put trays on tables to pass out the food. She also had no idea which food went with each other (just know your menu). Rarely got refills. When we actually did get a refill it was incorrect and she could not comprehend why it was incorrect (which was the simple fact of us not ordering sweet tea). And our server was seen all of two times. Once to take our order and the second time to give us our checks.

We did eat at Cracker Barrel at least once or twice a week. We cannot support a company that has no backbone and bases its company policy on media hype. This will be the second time that Cracker Barrel has caved to individuals that do not like or eat at their restaurants. There are other fine restaurants in the area to choose from and we will take our business elsewhere. I rate restaurants based on the "total" dining experience and while the food is good the "atmosphere" needs to be straightened out.

Okay I LOVE cracker barrel but Im not a fan of this one. We more than not end up with some type of issue and I think they are just way to busy to really be able to provide the service needed in a sit down place. Also the last few times I was there the sweet tea was gross like they made it in the coffee maker, a big no no in my book. I just stopped going there cause there are too many other spots around that offer better quality food and service like ihop :)

Horrible experience I go to cracker Barrel up and down the east coast and this one is probably the worst managed tht I have ever been to, i went there on 1/5/2017 it took over 40 mins to get my food which was only breakfast my server was Jane, all I have to say is it wasnt a pleasant experience at all!! wont be going back to this restaurant on my next trip here thts for sure. If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that one

Food always delicious. Very dessapointe with the server rush. Waiting 30 minutes to have my dinner on the table, thats ok, I know it was dinner time a lot of people. But rushing me to eat in ten minutes no more than fifteen, makes me very unhappy. He took my dishes and didnt ask if I was done, he brought my bill without asking if I want any dessert. Hummm never happens before. Today I wasnt happy at all on this place.

I am currently at Cracker Barrel and my waiter, Tyler, isnt exactly understanding everything. My mom has a specific way she wants her dinner which is usually fulfilled until Tyler took the order. He did not do it the way its usually done. Also, I used to come here for their awesome steak fries which they have now gotten rid of. >:(

Another horrible restaurant in Cumming with great reviews. Waited forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and the order was wrong, surprise. When I said something about it the waiter went into the back and yelled and threw something on the floor. Real professional. I guess thats ok in this area, though.

Food : Excellent Ambiance : Excellent Service: not so good. We had very bad experience with waitress there. She asked us if we are ready to order for 4 times in 5 minutes even if we told her we need somw time to decide on order. Very rude and unpleasant behavior.

This is the best Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. They are in a way busy location...maybe TO busy for a Cracker Barrel in this locale....but they do the best job of getting everyone in and out and...come on! Its CRACKER BARREL....food is great.

My absolute favorite restaurant to visit when I want to treat myself. Their Chicken Fried Chicken is my favorite plate. The sweet tea is simply the best, and add the atmosphere and built-in country themed store, you have a heck of an experience.

Horrible experience! I went to this location a couple of times and every time the service has been awful! Ive gone to other cracker Barrel locations in GA or other states and this one is probably the worst managed. Not going back here again.

They must be under new management. Their Health Score is above 90. It seems cleaner. The wait staff seems dedicated. I only give it 3 stars because I hope they can keep it up. Plus the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom is broken.

First time ever eating at a Cracker Barrel and it was very good experience. Food was delicious, service was amazing even though we arrived about an hour before closing, and a good experience for a new restaurant for myself.

When I travel I usually stop at Cracker Barrel wherever I go. The food, (with the one exception of their chicken pot pie), is excellent, and the service is superb.

Great place for a country style breakfast, lunch specials are always good and fairly priced (chicken and dressing is my favorite) but you better get there early.
