I have to give this store a 1 star, one reason being the prices, Ive known plenty of stores that carry alot of the same variety of teas, black, green, oolong, chai, and herbal with excellent quality for alot cheaper, also being there twice alot of the products because they carry the teavana logo are overpriced a simple cup with an infuser they want, $29.99 which is crazy. Also the staff there push you to buy the most expensive loose leaf teas and also try to get you to buy a bottle infuser or kettle everything you buy. One other thing bothers me alot of the staff have no idea what teas do what, I know as a test I asked what tea would be good for morning pick me ups, and they strayed away from the question with well black tea tastes like coffee, or they would suggest oolong tea. I was very disappointed.

Came to the mall today to relax and wanted some good tea.....come to find out that the company policy during holiday season is to NOT make any beverages.....WTF..... doesnt make sense..... No making of beverages to go...only thing u can do is buy the leaves.... Shows the mission of this company for sure.... A little advice...sell the beverage and more product will be sold. Staff was awesome....they just following company policy....

Staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. They dont always seem to know a great deal about the tea though. Always seems to go back to the same couple options.
