This particular Cracker Barrel we stopped at on our way home from Florida tonight after a few resturants in the area were closed due to the time. Me and my husband both ordered off the breakfast menu. I asked for a gluten free menu as I am gluten sensitive (it was just a list of the gluten free items not an actual menu). So back to the menu... I asked if I could sub the gravy and biscuits for hashbrowns because I cant have either of them. It took a bit for the waitress to answer as she looked confused and seemed agitated that I even asked. I mean either you can sub items or you cant, you should know the answer. Then our food arrives, Um burnt eggs? I recieved my full meal which included the burnt eggs, my husband only recieved the burnt eggs... He was asked by another waitress if he only ordered eggs. Our response "NO he didnt and the eggs are burnt." I couldnt believe the eggs actually made it to the plate instead of straight in the trask by the cook. After taking the food back and fixing the issue the waitress then assumed my husband only wanted to only eat gravy, biscuits, and eggs and brought out 2 bowls of gravy and said "we are out of grits so I just brought you an extra bowl of gravy" Really? The least thing that they couldve done was come ask him if it were okay to sub since its not what he ordered and ask HIM to chose what hed like to sub it with instead of trying to shove gravy at him... So we paid 6.50 for 2 eggs and gravy biscuits, what a rip off! Good thing it wasnt me she brought 2 bowls of gravy to. Id only been able to eat eggs and wouldve asked to see the menu again to order anything but the breakfast. This isnt the first Cracker Barrel Ive ordered breakfast from and been unsatisfied, Ill order a dinner next time.

Since Cracker Barrell came out Ive always enjoyed the atmosphere and the nostalgic of the place. The service in Braselton Ga. Store#588 was outstanding. Being a commercial truck driver its sometimes agrivating that we cant always stop and enjoy a great breakfast and please dont get me started on their campfire meals which is amazing in itself. Braselton Ga Cracker Barrell is just across the street from a truck stop and I highly recommend to travelers and truck drivers alike to hop in and be treated like family. They even knew their customers by name which says that even the locals come in on a regular basis. Loved it and I hope to have lunch there before I leave out to San Antonio Texas. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to post this. Great job!

Homestyle chicken had way too much bread and our server, Zachary , didnt bring me what I ordered. I wanted hasbrown casserole as my side with the homestyle chicken. The server said I get two vegetable sides and I said I just want hash brown casserole. So then he just brings the chicken and one square of the casserole. Someone with me ordered Mac and cheese so he says " I had your side down as one so I just brought another Mac and cheese. Youre welcome to eat it ." I didnt eat it because I didnt order it in the first place. In addition to that he couldnt be bothered to refill my drink in a timely manner. All his other tables received his attention however. Zachary wore a 5 star apron but he didnt give that kind of service.

This was my very first time at cracker barrel and I heard good things about their food but the service was terrible. My friend and I went to order for pick up and the hostess had us waiting 10 min just to place an order. She said she had to call the to go waitress to take our order and as I waited while my friend went to the restroom, 7 people were seated and no waiter was present to take our orders. Now were African American in a predominantly Caucasian neighborhood which made me feel like this was a racism issue because waiting 10 min to make an order is completely out of the norm. Im highly upset about my experience and will never ever feel comfortable in that establishment.

This is the second time we have been to this location that my wifes food was totally unacceptable. The first time, we thought it was just an off night and we would give them a second chance. We did that tonight and she was just as disappointed. She ordered the exact same meal both times. Her food was lukewarm both times and her okra tasted old and chewy, not crispy. Also her hashbrown casserole had too much onion. That is all she could taste. My food was good, but since my wife had a bad experience, we will not be back. She has ordered this meal at many other Cracker Barrels and it has always been good. I do want to say that our waiter, Zach, was very good.

The staff is friendly. Food has always been good. Service is prompt and helpful. I dont know what Tammy Bells problem is but lying about prices isnt the answer. Nobody has ever paid $6.50 for eggs n biscuits/gravy! THE BISCUITS ARE COMPLIMENTARY! I guess her party only drank water also,right? Stay in Fl Tammy! Braselton will let you know when youre welcome back! I assure you, if you sweet-talk your server, they will throw a little gravy your way too!

Love cracker barrel stores, hate this one. I dont even know why I came back same thing happened again. We got set down there was no rush. No one....no one can me over to our table for the drinks or anything. We finally got up and left. This is the second time at this store. We will go out of our way to go to another cracker Barrell or another store all together. I dont even know why I gave it one star!!!

You should know that Cracker Barrel is pulling Duck Dynasty merchandise from their restaurant stores. This violates Phil Robertson rite to free speech and freedom of religion. Do not patronize Cracker Barrel and send them an email telling them you will not visit their restaurants any longer.

Always fantastic! All these bad reviews make my cringe at the stupidity...One waitress that I think the restaurant could easily do without, but they will not lose my business over it. People need to grow up and realize The world does not revolve around them and thats business...not racism

Great place to take the kids for breakfast. Cool shop out front. OK service but not bad. Very good food, always hits the spot. If you dont see the right combination on the menu just tell them what you want and they can do it. They dont have peanut butter for my pancakes though.

I hate Cracker Barrel. Had a disgusting experience once which involved body hair and lots of it. Wasnt a personal thing, just something that seemed to be served up often. The food sucks too. Well, the biscuits are good and the corn bread is ok but too sweet. I only ate 2.

This is a great cracker barrel. We visit this location frequently and the food is always good, the staff friendly and the prices are reasonable. I love their country store as well. Its easy to get to from the freeway as well.
