I spoke to someone on the phone to see if they purchase gently used clothing iteams they told me that they did and the girl on the phone even asked her manager if they did so I brought my items into the store and as soon as I come into the store nobody treats me nobodys at the counter nobody asked me if I need help then I go all the way to the back and I say hey Im here I just called you guys about the shoes to see if you guys want to buy them then they tell me oh Im sorry we dont purchase items its just funny to me because on the phone they were ready to purchase the items but as soon as I get there and they see the color of my skin they dont purchase items its all donations only so f*** this place

All clothes are same price and inexpensive. So pants all one price, shirts, etc. I like that because so tired of places that charge so much more for a "brand name" item. Housewares selection is no good. Anything half-way decent they dont sell and use as decor around the store such as vases and all floral items, which is what I went for and they wont sell!

I like the things that they have here, but they dont seem very eager to sell them to me. Many items are just not for sale. I asked about a rug that I wanted, I was told that it wasnt in good enough condition to sell. WTF, I dont care, I would like to give you money for it. Maybe I like the worn look. Seems like an odd way to do business.

I dont enjoy shopping here as much as I used to. Used to have lots of high-end pieces....Seems picked over these days. Layout of clothing doesnt make sense. Items are packed in too close and hard to view. Prices are good though.

and this place totally has the goods. The best designer mens wear Ive seen any where and cheap and they have incredible modern furniture, the stuff you see in architectural digest. you need to check this place out.

This is the best place. You can find some hidden gems and youre supporting NCJW with every purchase. The staff is very nice, extremely friendly and really knowledgeable (and eager to help!).

Got to establishment at 6:45 pm and door was lock placed closed at 7:00pm and saw people inside. Lady came to the door looked at me and my wife then walked away. We wont be back terrible
