worst customer service ever, girl had me on hold for 15 minutes checking on a part, comes back and says is anyone helping you....i asked to speak to a guy, she took offense, never apologized and was very rude, frankly she was probably embarrassed. what does she expect...do your job or get a dude next time.

ask to barrow some tools to change my oil in there parking lot like other places would do and they told me I cant change my oil in there parking lot and they would sell me the tools i would need.
