Thanks for the big environment spill to day guys just because you go and buy a big tow truck dont mean you can do the Job you dont deserve to be on the 911 Call list leave that for the professionals to . reply back to the smart ass owner I had a front role seat and watched your driver rip a hole in the fuel tank when he pulled it over a gard rail post and then continued to drag it all over the highway causing the highway to be shut down for four more hours than it had to be. The tow truck driver was asking people how they would do the job. He absolutly had no confidence or knowledge in what he was doing. Along with slow response time. The call was dispacted just after 7am on a Sunday morning and your company didnt get the the scene til after 9. It wasnt like the scene was two hours away. Only 15 minutes tops

If I could give negative stars, I would. My trailer broke down in KY, which is far away from my home in NY. As you could imagine, this was quite inconvenient in itself. But when my dad got there after driving from NY with his trailer big enough to load the other, now broken down, trailer onto it, they tried to charge him $325 for towing it 4 miles! This is absolutely ridiculous as they also bent the frame, and loaded it incorrectly, thus creating another $1000 of damage to its existing condition. Save yourself the time, money and stress, and just go to Burrows (its only 3 miles down the road from here and they are soooo much better). This was overall an awful experience with terrible customer service and a serious lack of knowledge.

They lie and say they did things they didnt and charge you for it. Unable to do things they advertise. They are nothing but a bunch of parts hangers. No diagnostic abilities at all.
