We have been waiting patiently for our vehicle to be completed for repair for quite some time now. We really feel this has skewed our view on your services. It is very shameful of Wright Way to stand behind such work. No one calls us to let us know how the repair is going. The first time we had the repair done it was done incorrectly. That mistake could have cost you more than you know. My wife was driving down the highway when her hood flew up and smashed into the windshield. Luckily no one was injured. I am guessing the safety latch was not fixed properly. I dont know what happened but Wright Way made sure no one called and apologized or even felt this was a more urgent repair. Someone could have gotten seriously injured and for that I will make it my goal to be a pain in your ass if I have to, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I expect our vehicle to be repaired tomorrow. Thank you. This is the same letter I sent to Wright Way. On July 4th we had a collision and heard good things about Wright Way so that is where our vehicle has been since. They did manage to throw it together a few weeks ago after repairing the AC and some body work. However while we were driving down the highway the hood flew up and cracked our windshield. Luckily no one was injured. I respect the mechanics knowing that repairing things can take time. However no completion time was given, no updates, no courtesy calls, no apologies were given to me. In fact they lie and say the vehicle will be fixed and then when you have to call them to check on it they say a few more days. This keeps happening. It is unprofessional and I will make it my mission to keep people from going here. I will keep telling my story if I have to. Our vehicle was supposed to be done Monday because they were going to paint the new hood, surprise, it is not finished. So they guarantee that our vehicle will be finished Tuesday evening. I will keep this updated so I can give a fair and unbiased review. Thank you for your time.

I called Katt at Wright Way when we were on our way to Albany from Muncie because I had a completely flat tire in Albany and had very few options. She gave us some ideas, and while they didnt quite work out as planned or hoped, when I finally limped my poor van into their parking lot at 4:30 in the afternoon...they close at 5, mind you...they got me in, got my tire replaced, and got me on my way within a half hour, and for a ridiculously low price. No appointment, no red tape, no problem. Their office is warm and welcoming, the people are awesome, and Id be lying if I didnt say that Im more than tempted to bring all of my auto repair business into Albany so these fine folks can work on it for me.

These guys are a class act. They repaired what basically amounted to an entire new brake system at the last minute, same day for me. They understood that without their help I would have been stranded 100s of miles from home, the entire front office and most of the mechanics stayed late to see that I got what I needed. They run a family business and it shows. During my time at their shop I met the owner, his wife, his son, the grandmother, the daughter and the the family dog Blue! They make you feel right at home and the price was well under what it could have been. Kat was great too! Made me coffee, kept me informed and was just plain cool. Great place!

They were also VERY friendly. Ryan kept me updated on the progress of the repair and called me as soon as it was finished in 2 days. We were very pleased with the service and the repair of my vehicle. I would definitly recommend them to other people.

I took my truck in for body work. The service was very quick. When I got the truck back there were just a few things I was picky about and they are very understanding and fixed it. The Wrights are good people and have always treated me like family. Also great to chat with them as well!
