I went to get supplies for my sons birthday and had a gift card I wanted to use (yes, I verified the Balance, and the cards do not expire). It would not read when slid, and was coming up not valid when the cashier typed it in. Ive used this card before and didnt have a problem. She told me to call and verify my card again, return my purchase, then re-but it and use the card. She would not call a manager to help "they will just tell you the same thing I did" she would not try to figure this out or even humor me no matter what the manager would have said. She didnt even know how to run a gift card in the first place.
