When I walked in around 4-4:15 pm yesterday, there were just two ladies working and the place was empty of customers. It seemed the one lady spoke mainly because she was obligated to, having to work the cash register. The old greyhaired lady made me feel invisible. I felt like Id walked into an establishment featuring an "urban dictate". As I looked at items and walked around I made sure to keep my hands in full view. The negative vibe resonated so loudly I listened and agreed in my heart not to come back. Ill just keep ordering cell salts with other items online so as to reap discounts that will keep costs lower than the $11.09 price/salt that Castle Remedies charges. Youd think per satisfying good customer service, every customer would be made to feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing to bring business to a place. I would have spent waay more money if Id had that feeling. Alas, I can always make my own organite and continue to patronize Crazy Wisdom where at least proprietor and associates go through the motions of making a welcoming show of gratitude for your money and future business.

I just read all the reviews before posting and Im sorry some people arent happy with their experience but Ive never had a bad experience here. Always helpful, and when I call about something I need always giving me the clear answers I need. I often have a friend pickup something for me so I call ahead so they know what I need/she is picking up and its always ready for her. They are always friendly and curteous and helpful. Im very grateful they have the homeopathics I need so I dont have to order online and wait for delivery. Keep up the good work!
