My baby and I were picking up his medicine at crawford long today. When I began to leave my car wouldnt start. They let my baby play with the toys and gave him a free water. Then the pharmacist offered me the keys to his own truck in case I needed to do anything. I got my car crunk and left with tears in my eyes amazed at the kindness shown to me today from complete strangers. They have a customer for life now

Visiting this pharmacy seems more like stopping by a friends house than running an errand to pick up medicine. They welcome you when you walk in the door. The staff chats with you if you have to wait on a prescription to be filled. The pharmacists speak to you even if they are busy. They are all knowledgeable and helpful, and they are always smiling and cheerful.

My mom has used Crawford Long since she moved to Jefferson. She is elderly and doesnt drive. Fred always delivers her medication and anything else she needs. They treat her very well and at times she couldnt survive without their help. Our family is very pleased with the level of care and service provided.
