I wanted to write and thank you. I passed through Worcester for four days last week. I was performing in Once at the Hanover. I needed new glasses, and I came in, fully expecting to have to purchase them, ship them home, and then have them sent to me at a hotel on the road. You can imagine my surprise when your staff went above and beyond what I expected. They helped me pick out frames on Friday, overnighted the lenses, started working on them Monday morning, and handed them to me about an hour before we left town. I absolutely love them, and will forever be indebted to you and your team. In short, I wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I wish that I lived in Worcester, or the surrounding areas, so that I could continue coming to you for any and all help with my glasses and contacts. Great service, friendly staff. Ive purchased two pair of glasses from the opticians here and have been satisfied both times. Glasses are expensive, no doubt but I felt like I got a reasonable deal each time. My only criticism is that the selection of higher end games is a little lacking. The first pair I bought I was super happy with, the second pair I the like I was compromising. I still like my second pair, but Im picky, as most people with glasses are, and should be. They put everything together in a short time and we good at letting me know. Whats really nice is that if you work downtown you can pop in and take care of business without a huge interruption to your work day.

I started with State Opticians in the 80s when I first needed glasses. These people have become like family. I get a THOROUGH eye exam and the best customer service and support I have ever received. Wonderful selection of frames and they stay current with all the new lenses and products. I would never go anywhere else for my glasses.

This place for eyes check up is worth it if you want to know whats going on on your eyes. Went there today and I felt a lot of confidence. The lady called me in before my appointment time and told me the truth all times. Good person.
