Worst service I have ever experienced. Started with the eye doctor being 45 minutes late and letting walk-ins go before me. Than when I was directed to someone to help me find a suitable pair of glasses, she completely ignored me and didnt help at all. Eventually once I found a pair I liked, the girl explaining the different lenses did not know what she was talking about and explained the pricing completely wrong. Worst of all, once I got my glasses made, when another girl was adjusting them she made them a little too tight after I said they were too loose. She then adjusted them once more which was fine and we eventually got the perfect fit. I was very polite the entire time and she gets up and noticeably shakes her head to her coworker because she had adjust my glasses two times which took about 2 minutes (1 of which she was on the phone). The girl she shook her head to in disgust then says "I know girl". I have NEVER and I mean NEVER had a worse experience in any other store. Not fair to me to be treated like that while I buy a $750 pair of glasses. DO NOT go here and support this clearly inexperienced staff. Do yourself a favor and go to another location which I have only had positive experiences from.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD. This place is truly the worst place in history. I was completely HUMILIATED in this place in front of 4 clients which was at Jewell Eye Care over my insurance, after the person at the desk argued which I was taught, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT...I was basically told that the eye appointment was more than I could afford. I proceeded to call coorperate over this, which they tried resolving, but HOW DARE THEY TURN SOMEONE DOWN LIKE THAT...when the site never mentioned affiliation of Jewell eye care, and how DARE THEY LIE TO ME...I never got no call. Unless I get this well needed eye exam from them next sunday with no gruff...I am contacting my attorney for discrimination and Im reporting this to the BBB.

I had scheduled an eye exam. The exam was OK , but these guys billed my health insurance as against my eye insurance. When i called up, the representative was rude and inattentive and kept telling me they send an invoice and not bill. I received claim from insurance still they kept denying and did not process it. On explaining for 10 times, they agreed it was mistake on their part and they told me they will resolve and call me back the next day. They submitted the claim to my medical provider and not the eye insurance provider. I have been calling them and asking to resolve, but every time a new rep who doesnt know anything picks up and requests me to call back another time.

Great service at this location. Broke my glasses Sunday morning and called. My Rx was old, but the doctor saw me right away. Kellyn was great helping me pick out frames, and getting new lenses for my sunglasses. She genuinely appeared happy to help, and made an unpleasant experience (breaking my glasses) into a great experience. Thank you Lenscrafters and thank you Kellyn.

In the process of eye surgery my opthalmologist gave me a script for replacing left eye glass only.. LensCrafters doesnt do just one.. What do you do if you have vision in only one eye?..evedently customer service isnt a priority... Wont be using this company for future glasses.

Receptionist is completely useless and rude. I simply needed them to mail my prescription, apparently that is too inconvenient. Stay away from this place.
